2024 Robert T Bledsoe Law Offices in San Jose ca is a joke …. Mr. Bledsoe did nothing for me lied to me and was always telling my case was worth nothing and always telling me close my case down when I still had neck brace features for about 10 months with all this injury’s c6 c7 fracture in my neck and damaged artery T3 T4 T5 fracture T10 T11 T12 fractured and much more…..i fired Bledsoe and hired Law Offices of Bryan K. Leiser Fresno ca MR. Bryan Lieser give me double the settlement that Mr. Bledsoe had give me that should tell you every thing how much Bledsoe cares to help any one out !!!! Bledsoe shouldn’t get any fees payed to him by Mr. Leiser because Bledsoe did nothing for me at all

Without going into a long story I had 2 different attorneys firms trying to settle my WC case for 8 years. After all that time there was no progress and most annoying was no communications. I found Kathryn Yount's office which was in the same building as my dentist. I called for an consultation and made arrangements for an office consultation. After that I retained her as my attorney and she made all the notifications to get my files sent to her firm. In less than a year and with constant communication s she was able to get my case settled. She and her staff were very attentive, friendly, professional and I would highly recommend her law firm if you need a WC attorney.

Scheduling an appt. was very easy. Both Roxanne and Cristal we are very professional especially when I need to reschedule the appointment to another day and time. I needed to consult mr. Navarrete on insurance regarding my resignation, the type of references that I should expect my former employer is allowed to provide. He also helped clarify the documents that I received from my previous employer. He was also very patient in listening to all the concerns that I had leading up to my resignation. He addressed all my concerns and questions and help me put my mind at ease in finding my next role without any issues. I would highly recommend him to a professional who needs clarification and assistance in regards to employment law.

Attorney Arthur Navarette and his staff are true professionals who get the job done - the right way! I am a Silicon Valley executive who first consulted two other attorneys about a severance agreement but felt like they really were just going through the motions. In my gut I felt I was wronged by my former employer, so I decided to get a third opinion. This time I contacted The Navarette Law Firm. When I called their office, Mr. Navarette's assistant Roxanne was very professional and accommodating in setting an after hours appointment that fit my busy schedule, and more important one that was before my deadline to respond. When I arrived for my appointment with Mr. Navarette, his other assistant Cristal was also very professional, really nice and got me into my consultation appointment right away. In the consultation, Mr. Navarette was very thorough and asked several very pointed questions that neither of the two previous attorneys had even asked me. He pointed out to me that my employer technically had broken the law and explained exactly why, and in non-legalese. He was very up front with me and didn't sugar coat anything about the weaknesses in my case. He then asked me a question that neither of the two other attorneys even bothered to ask: he asked me "what is your goal?" I told him my goal was to get more money in severance pay, have a clean record, and move on with my career. I ended up hiring Mr. Navarette to re-negotiate my severance package. I was being offered 12 weeks of severance pay and he got me 52 (one year). He also ensured that future employers would know nothing about my termination, by making the severance agreement mutually confidential. Mr. Navarette kept me informed every step of the way and provided me with excellent legal advice and excellent legal services. I am thrilled with the result that Mr. Navarette achieved for me and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney who really knows how to get the job done right!

Said he would take my case, then was unresponsive for a week, scheduled a meeting, and then said the day before the meeting that he couldn't take my case. Never called me at any point to discuss the potential case. Was a bad situation because things are often time-sensitive and he didn't respect that (up front) and made me waste several days chasing him.

Law offices of Sabrina Li is highly recommended! They are extremely professional, helping to let my missed 6/30 deadline H1B approved!!! My first H1B submission was rejected because of an error with the fee check. The second time, it was rejected again for missing the June 30th deadline. I was completely desperate and consulted many law firms, all of which had never encountered such a situation and advised me to give up. I feel very sad as it is difficult for me to have lottery chance to win H1B this year. I think in the future it may have no change to win H1B lottery again. Fortunately, through a friend's recommendation, I found Li Xiang Law Firm. They helped to write NPT request (Nunc pro tunc) that allow USCIS to backdate the submission so that the delay can be considered as timely filled as the delay is caused by uncontrollable factors. Amazingly, on the fourth business day after sending the package to USCID, the approval notice was received!!! I’m truly grateful!!! Law Office of Sabrina Li is highly recommended!!!

The WORST. As if divorce isn’t stressful enough. These people don’t communicate. Ignore emails, give conflicting information, don’t know what’s going on with your case and threaten you at every turn if you don’t pay them in 24 hours? They treat you like a criminal for no reason. I’ve never seen such a lack of professionalism. If you speak up for yourself, they will drop you in the middle of your case and tell you to represent yourself. And yeah, they will communicate then.

Quiero recomendar a la abogada Navarro y la firma Fontes. Yo llegue a ella gracias a recomendación de mi sobrina a quien le ayudo a ganar un caso de custodia. Yo estaba atravesando un proceso complicado de divorcio en el cuál había muchas implicaciones/agresiones por parte de mi ex esposa el cual se estaba alargando más de lo deseado. Yo comencé el proceso con un paralegal por "barato" sin saber que lo barato me saldría más caro. En cuanto llegue con la abogada Navarro se notó su experiencia, profesionalidad y educación. This practice was unwilling to meet me for a consultation to discuss the facts of my case and questions that I have resulting from a work place injury. The intake questions were very generic and left no room for discussion. They had me send a copy of my MRI to review and apparently the findings were not severe enough for them to take on case. Never spoke with an Attorney and was denied without them knowing any of the details pertaining to my treatment over the last year. Very disappointing as they came highly recommended from one of my friends who is also an attorney. I will be reaching out to another firm. Hope your experience here ends up being better than mine!

Vincent Marletta is an attorney whom I have known for about 10 years. He is an employment attorney who also represents injured workers in workers' compensation cases. I was a legal secretary in both the Oakland and San Francisco district offices. Over the years I have seen Mr. Marletta represent the insurance companies and injured workers. This review has been a long time coming, my husband worked on a job for only THREE days. Due to the lack of care for their workers safety he was exposed to hydrofluoric acid which caused a need for a partial amputation of his fingers. He was ultimately let go from his job, which had be done the day we took him to the hospital and learned he needed surgery to remove the exposed body part. He was left jobless and unable to use his hands, only given a door dash order to ease the finances we were dealing with that night. You learn a lot about how much you really love someone when you become their hands and only source of income. I called a few lawyers and had been handled like I was dumb or wrong for handling the situation the way we did. After finally calling carty law I was treated like I had done the right thing, when our case was handed to Michael who I cannot say enough good things about. He made sure to handle my husband who btw is not the most educated with dignity and respect. With my husbands approval allowed me into his office so that I can take notes or have the opportunity to translate what was being said. He was very open and honest with every single page we were given or had signed. And really in truth we as a family felt very protected by him. In my experience most lawyers have an end all goal of making as much money as possible for themselves, at the end of the day the amount Micheal takes home compared to what we take home was minimal at most. We cannot express our gratitude enough. It's great finding a lawyer that will be a guard dog for you at the end of the day. If you really need someone that is 100% on your side this is the man for that job. THANK YOU so much for being our lawyer.
