I have never ever needed a lawyer however upon my first conversation with Mr Bucklin he explained in detail how the process worked. And I really did not want to hire a lawyer, however as things progressed I found out I did and Mr Bucklin was more than understanding about my needs. He gave me options and stressed he would do whatever I wanted.
I hope and pray that I never ever need his service again. However I know I can trust and count on him.

Wonderful Professional man. Joel was there for me after my car accident. He was 100% responsive to all of my communications, easy to talk to and walked me through exactly what to do right after I was hit...knew I was taken care of and didn't have to worry. Very honest and very knowledgeable. I knew he was not afraid to try my case if it came down to it (which it almost did)...which was incredibly relieving to me after a super stressful accident. Making a decision to file bankruptcy is nerve wrecking, a different kind of stress. Mr. Stephen is knowledge coupled with immeasurable customer service that helped to ease the stress. We recently worked with Jason on Buying a house and selling our current house. Jason was extremely helpful during both processes.
Everyone who have gone through estate process knows this is very stressful process. Jason takes a lot of time and patience make sure his clients are well protected and making the process easier and smooth. The seller needs more time to clear their property, Jason communicated with us and made sure asked escrow for the extra possession.
We also have possession after we close our old house. Because there are so much going on (moving, remodeling etc) I honestly forgot we put upfront $10k for escrow for our possession. A week after our possession turn over to the new owner, Jason made sure he follow up with both us and the buyer to ensure get our escrow back. Anything you can and you can’t think about that Jason will help you on his todo list.
I can’t thanks Jason enough for the recent 2 transactions we had. He made the process so much easier and he always has you back like a good attorney should do. Highly recommend!

Chuck worked on a workers compensation case for me and is currently working on a medical malpractice case.

Atty. Novasic represented me and my husband for injuries we got when we fell walking into a big box store. We are senior citizens and never went through anything like this before. I had a fabulous experience with this law firm although. Broken teeth, damaged cartilage in knee when a car turned right on red hit me. Mr. Boyd Roberts was the most professional and savy of all attorneys involved in this case of my friend's separation. My involvement in this case seemed to drag on for far too long, years infact. However, I trust that Roberts did the best he could with the opposing attorney's continued entring of judgements even after the judge warned against it. After Boyd threaten to file sanctions and asked for court costs, I was finally dropped from the case. Two years and over 20 Thousand later, it is over! I have yet to receive the court costs.

Being in the legal profession myself, I've witnessed Mr. Kelly's fierce and unforgiving representation of his clients. I had also heard he was a brilliant attorney who stays on top of his caseload. I recently took a reluctant family member for a consult, who was despondent over an employment issue.
