I was injured at work in 2015, Mr.Ricciadelli responded quickly to my request to review my injuries. That was the ONLY TIME he responded quickly. There was never a time where I called the office after the initial meeting where I was able to speak Mr.Ricciardelli or get any answer about anything from his Staff. He runs his office on a need to know basic; meaning he does not allow his legal secretary or his Par-Legal answer any questions. This shows a lack of trust in his staff..
Ultimately, My case was awarded a Monterey amount but it was long 5 1/2 year’s.
Ohh, I nearly forgot to say he threatened to Quit on me at worst time of my life. This happened after I pressed a bit for some answers and was met with the worst compassion I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Mr. Riccardelli knew at this point I was nearly broke and had to sell my house and move in order to survive.
Lastly recently I emailed his office about changing my name/address after getting married, I asked his office to update their records also to please give me the information on how I can change my name and address in order to have my payments from the Workers comp insurance sent to my new address and guess what? Nothing no help at all.
Calle any other ambulance chaser there is nothing special about His office.

Manfred was always available at any time to help keep me secure through the process. The staff kept updates on emails and correspondence through the entire process. I was injured at work and it required surgery to my shoulder.

Mr. Ricciardelli (Manny) is the best by far. Workman's Comp is a slow process and at times can be very unsettling. Manny explained things in layman's terms. He as well as his office staff are very professional and listened to my venting at times. I couldn't of asked for a better lawyer. Jack Smith was recommended to me. My experience with Jack was the worst He is ornery loud and obnoxious. He yelled at me on the phone and told me " You are out of line". Huh a line from a movie. . I sent him an email stating, I thought I hired a Pitbull not a poodle. I will no longer speak with Carolyn, since she has the professionalism of zero. Most likely his sister. Do not use this attorney. He is dishonest, I was told by Jack Smith he filed a claim with crime victim's fund. He never filed the claim. In conclusion Jack wanted me to settle for 75% ha explained this as winning the lottery . I refused and got 98%. Iam permanently disabled spinal fusion and spinal cord damage. I highly recommend La Rocco and Finney. Tony is the best .

Hired for a simple 20 minute virtual court session, spoke one word exactly, left her computer three times to work on other cases causing the judge to roll his eyes and waste tons waiting for her return.
Most important! After three months delaying the requested fee itinerary for the $1000.00 retainer, she illegally added multiple unperformed fees totaling $1010.00. She did this deliberately to prevent upholding her own client rule stated on her site that any unused retainer payments will be refunded. During a personal live phone conversation with Toni Russo, I needed to prove more than once her negligence in fiduciary role I paid her for, proving she worked no more than exactly 12 minutes. She refunded me $500.00 and has been sending non stop bills accumulating interest based on the $10.00 she conjured up illegally. Currently i am working with the NJ Office of Attorney Ethics and US Bar Assiciation.

Unfortunately I was too deep into the process to switch attorneys. I physically handled and negotiated my case. Made copies, provided responses to other attorneys because Russo did not reply timely. The responses that were provided by the firm had another clients information. At one point I was emailed another clients entire divorce settlement. I was also mailed a copy of the same parties personal information. She drags everything out as long as possible to keep collecting, review your bills carefully as I found over $1K in discrepancies for meetings or phone calls which never took place. I was billed for services performed by the paralegal (Amanda) where they tried to attach the attorneys hourly rate. Overall terrible experience, other attorneys do not respect her which was evident.

I hired Ms. Veksler in October of 2021 to assist me with responding to a motion pertaining to my post-divorce settlement case. After speaking with Ms Veksler on the phone for about 30 minutes and later meeting her in person for 1.5 hours, as per our agreement I was expecting to be updated on the progress of this case.
I made it clear to Ms. Veksler this was a time-sensitive case with approximately 1.5 weeks left to the motion. A week after my meeting with Ms Veksler and several unsuccessful attempts to reach her via the phone, email, and text messages I received a call from her secretary scheduling a call on October 8 at 11 am which was canceled by her secretary on the same few minutes before the call. After several more text messages and phone calls she called at 6:30 pm on Friday and was extremely rude and obnoxious over the phone saying things “you are not paying me enough to get my full attention”, “I have other clients besides you and if you need VIP treatment you need to pay me more”. Her tone of voice and manner of speech were extremely unprofessional as she was chastising me instead of legally representing me and offering professional advice and support. It was clear at that point after a week there was no progress made on my case since she was proposing on the case something we have never discussed.
Moreover, Ms. Veksler didn’t thoroughly study my settlement agreement since she was proposing things that contradicted what was discussed prior. Since she kept talking about her fees more often than my case, I realized she wants to drag this case for a long as possible. I had already paid a retainer and the time discussing my case was fully covered, so her bringing up “how little I am paying her” is a baseless argument because those were the fees that were quoted by her.
At the end of a contentious conversation on Friday, October 8th after my repeated requests we finally agreed that Ms. Veksler would send an email to the other party’s attorney by the following Monday, October 11, 2021. This never happened and no explanation was provided. Having wasted a lot of my time with no results, I decided to no longer use Ms. Veksler’s services of which she was notified on Monday, October 11, and hired a different attorney, outside the network. who I am extremely happy with.
Ms Veksler ended up charging me for 5 hours of service including communication (verbal and written) with another attorney which she wasn’t able to prove. She claims to have drafted an email, for which I paid but she refused to send it to me.
To sum up, hiring Ms. Veksler was one of the most aggravating experiences for several reasons:
- Failure to make progress on my case before the agreed due date
- Extremely unprofessional communication style, both aggressive and demeaning
- Lack of updates or any approximate timelines when things were supposed to be done
- Repeated mentioning of money, either alluding to her other higher-paying clients or just procrastinating to use up the retainer on empty conversations and not on actual work

I was falsely accused, by my Ex Wife, of Domestic Violence and threatened by her for months prior to the false claim that she would "have me removed' and suck her "Pitbull Lawyer" on me..Well I hired Fania and she was the Pitbull Lawyer in my case. She dissected all of the lies and false accusation being used against me and conducted herself aggressively in seek of truth and justice in proving my innocence and won the case.
The opposing Lawyer was no match for Fania and I will definitely retain her again and highly recommend her service

Very disappointed in his attitude,impersonal tone and lack of determined persistence in obtaining me the amount discussed. NoI was racked with pain and a family loss and wanted to trust a lawyer. Dont use them, they just want your money and are not intreted in wining or following your case. At the end they will change you the lawyer with out notice and never appear again. Just call any other lawyer.
Super unprofesional, looks like they know what they are doing, until the end when you realize that everything they are trying to do is settle anything as quick as posible with out checking paperworks and leaving you in a worst problem.

The lack of patience and empathy I experienced was truly appalling and it makes sense as to why his license was previously suspended.

If I could give this lawyer no stars I would. I've decided to hire Brian Wilton as my attorney based on his reviews, ratings on avvo, and superlawyers, and his credentials as also being mayor of Lake Como, NJ. My case was an injury case. I have been out of work for almost 5 months. Within those 5 months I have had no medical treatment and/or physical therapy for my injuries. I have had x-rays done however, no MRI and/or possible surgery. Brian said that I could have had an MRI done a long time ago. As an attorney he could have fought to get me an MRI done but didn't. Brian wanted me to go back to work w/o any treatment. I felt like I was being medically neglected. I told him that the state statute clearly says that if the other party refuses or neglects to provide health services reasonable and necessary to cure and relieve me of the effects of the injury or restore proper function where possible, I may take action and file a Motion for Medical. Brian didn't want to do that. I felt like he was no longer on my side but on the other party side. He said that I have to build a case meaning my case wasn't strong enough. If my case wasn't strong enough then why did he take the case for in the first place to begin with? My case has been dragging on and I wasn't getting the energy from him. He may be an experienced attorney but not a aggressive attorney who will fight and defend their client. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Brian Wilton. He says one thing one day and another the other. He got loud by raising his voice at me and told me he doesn't like me telling him how to do his job. I'm the client and the victim, he suppose to work for me. He told me to find another lawyer and he was gonna dismiss my case. Is it this hard to ask for help, treatment for my injuries?
