I just want to thank Ciro & his best efforts on my case and I’m glad to say that I am very content, he went above and beyond for our motor vehicle collision. The other party that hit us didn’t have an absolute thing (license, registration, etc. ) but Ciro fought and made sure my mother and I received a decent amount! It was a little wait but that’s to be expected, but he continuously made sure we were fine and grabbed every little information he needed to make sure our process went smoothly. It was truly an honor to have Attorney James M. Clancy to represent me with my Workman's Comp Injury that I sustained at my work place. Once I was introduced to his law firm and contacted Mr. Clancy he immediated setup a consultation meeting with me to go over the injury that occured on my job. He immediately started the ball rolling by instructing me on each step that I had to take to get my injury taken care of as soon as possible. He directed me to a doctor that would examine the injury and make sure I would get the proper treatment, to which surgery was needed to help correct the problem I was having. I was pulled over by an NJ trooper for speeding on NJ highway and there was misunderstanding between us (it was my first time to get pulled, I was too nervous and English is not my native language). The officer issued multiple tickets and I was facing license suspension. I called multiple traffic lawyers and Mr. Advani was the only one who listened the whole story patiently and gave me detailed analysis of my situation. He explained the best/worst scenario and what the expected outcome would be. There were more than 3 months between the day of my offense and the final court date, and every time I had a question, Mr. Advani replied timely. During the court date, he waited patiently with me before seeing the judge, and communicated well with the judge. We got the "best case scenario" results: 3 of the tickets were disposed, the total point was reduced to 2 and I kept my license. Mr. Advani is professional and experienced, and he is a nice person. If you are in trouble with the tickets, I would highly recommend him!

I got a ticket a while back for speeding, and I was given a reckless driving on top of it - just a bad situation, that I did not know the full ramifications of, till I hired the services of Vik Advani.
From the very beginning with Vik, there was a clear communication path, with clear details on the tickets, the points, expectations, best and worst case scenarios, insurance impacts, and the timeline. My questions were answered in a timely fashion and I did not experience any concerns, issues, delays etc. - I probably learnt more in my few discussions than I could reading books!
Eventually, at the court trial, my outcome was better than the best case scenario, and Vik's services were worth every penny, which, in the state of NJ with it's speeding laws, are more than generous.
I'd recommend his services without a second thought.

I contacted Mr Champagne, concerning my immigrational issues. I needed a waiver from all the vaccines including covid19 . These were requirements for my green card application. I was told by three receptionist in different immigration clinics i called that , there was no way i could get a green card without getting vaccinated. He did the waiver together with my other documents and posted them on September 23 . I received my green card just three weeks after that. He is very outstanding. I strongly recommend him to everyone who need a professional experience with a touch of class.

As a fire time home buyer this was an incredibly stressful process for me. Michael J. Forrester initially was a "random" attorney I only picked because his office was close to my house; however, it must have been dumb luck to find such an amazing attorney who not only is competent, caring, concise and credible but highly capable!

My case had steam from 2018 to my settlement date which was officially May 9, 2022. We had the pleasure of having Nick represent my wife in a very serious matter where a DWI was alleged. The penalty would have been 6 months of jail time and all sorts of other things. Nick was able to scrutinize the discovery and find flaws in the state's case--enough that the prosecutor decided to drop that charge and my wife pleaded to a lesser charge which kept her out of jail. He even fought to try to have them drop that charge, but the prosecutor wouldn't. All in all, we are happy with the outcome.
Personality-wise, Nick takes a keen interest in his clients and values them as individuals. You would think you were talking to a long-time friend. He listens carefully to you, appraises the legal angles of everything in your case, and in his own prosecutorial experience is able to make a good assessment of how the case can/will go. We were so pleased that we are going to use him anytime we may have other matters that arise. You can't go wrong when your attorney is a real human being with a heart.
