I have to say, Mr. Hark earned his way to be one of the top lawyers in New Jersey, and the sorrounding areas, for a reason. I am honored to have been able to have him in my corner throughout my case. Mr horicon his staff did an amazing job representing me in a motor vehicle crash, an eviction, a restraining order, and a criminal matter. He was able to successfully have the criminal matter dismissed, the restraining order dismissed and he just settled a car crash for me within 18 months from the date of the crash. His staff was always involved in on top of things and I was always aware of what was going on with all of my cases. He and his staff are very accessible kind and helpful at every turn every time I called. I felt like they were really involved with me and cared about me and my legal woes. I would be happy to call them again any day of the week. I also recommend them to anybody that's looking for an attorney to help them with a criminal, personal injury, family, restraining order, traffic, or other legal matter. Because of the way they helped me and handle my affairs I will always be grateful to Mr Hark and his staff.

I just want to thank Ciro & his best efforts on my case and I’m glad to say that I am very content, he went above and beyond for our motor vehicle collision. The other party that hit us didn’t have an absolute thing (license, registration, etc. ) but Ciro fought and made sure my mother and I received a decent amount! After having been declared 100% disable through another firm I began collecting my disability checks like clockwork. One year later for some reason the checks stopped. I contacted my attorney with that firm (which I was with for 8 years and extremely pleased with). I repeatedly tried to get the issue resolved through that firm however for some reason they were unable to resolve the issue. After 6 months of nothing being done my previous attorney referred me to Todd D. Wachtel with LEVINSON*
AXELROD.
Todd jumped in with two feet, sent letters to both the Judge who wrote the orders for 100% disability as well as workers Comp. By the beginning of December a letter was sent to Workers Comp with a copy to me by the issuing judge to resume payment.
January 28th I received all back payment and assured to receive timely payment moving forward.
Todd is a no-nonsense attorney who got right to it.
I recommend Todd D. Wachtel to anyone with workers comp issues, he will make you feel like your his only client.

After four years processing a Will which Bertone herself describes as "a simple, uncomplicated case involving few assets", she has produced nothing but delay and deceitful excuses for her incompetence. Violating even minimal standards, Bertone refuses to set her fee, only indicating that her share of the inheritance will be more than any intended beneficiary receives. She's provided numerous examples of collusion with opposing counsel to ensure his cut is as excessive and lucrative. Her practice is essentially parasitic. Don't be swayed by bogus reviews full of flattering adjectives and no specific information. This firm should be avoided like the plaque.

Omar A. Lopez is a fantastic attorney. He always gives the best advice. I suffered for two years in a hostile work environment and was able to keep my job and stop my harasser when management was hoping to fire me because I complained about unfair and unethical workplace practices .
