William was up front about the length of time that was typical to complete a case such as mine so that my expectations were appropriate. O boy where do I even start. When you are involved in needing a lawyer you obviously search for a professional. Yes I consider Richard a professional. Not only did my business relationship with Richard consists of business but also consisted of building a friendship in a relationship in a way that you just don't find any more. He not only fights for your case and your needs but is very trustworthy, which is very important to me and probably to most. Not only this but the compassion that he puts into whatever you are involved in is over the top. There was a lot of extra time and effort an emotion that I received from him which weighs more than I could have asked for and it really just makes you feel good. I contacted Koles, Burke & Bustillo,L.L.P because the firm I was using prior had made so many mistakes on my case.
I couldn't get appointments with physical therapists, doctors or anything else - the firm wouldn't even get back to me when I called, this went on for so long and i had enough.
The week I hired Raoul Bustillo he was like a whirlwind. He took over my case and got things done right away! That week I was going to PT and to the right doctors. He had changed the whole case around in my favor. I contacted Bill Hayes to represent me regarding a traffic ticket which I got for making a left turn where a left turn was not allowed. I was very impressed in the initial consultation with the knowledge and experience of this attorney. I contacted the office to discuss a real estate transaction. Mr. Tamburino was extremely patient dealing with me, as this was my first home purchase. Micheal Calabro was my attorney, my friend and my solace in my most desperate time of need. I was involved in a case where I was facing 42-48 months, 24 of those months were a mandatory sentence. Have you ever been hurt? The kind of hurt where you can't walk or care for your family properly?... Well I have. And let me tell you it is scary. And it's even more scary when the reason you were hurt is because someone was negligent. What do you do? Knowing life would never be the same... lingering pain, physical limitations... and what's worse is that it could happen to someone else at any moment. That's how I felt. David helped my family with a contractor dispute over a faulty furnace installation. He was very knowledgeable about the potential legal options to be pursued but more importantly, he understood the personal side of the matter.

When I first walked into his office, I was a bit concern, after speaking to him at length, I knew he was the attorney for me. His staff was pleasant, professional and we are on a first name basis, Upon speaking to him, I was advise on how to resolve my issue on my own or retained him. I was told up front how much the fee would be without any hidden fees and if I choose to do things on my own I could always call back with additional questions. He and his staff were straight forward with me. I know that sometimes people speak badly about attorneys especially if they don't hear what they want to hear or have the outcome that they want. I suffered a minor injury while on the property of a national motel chain. Though the motel ignored the claim and brushed me off, Mintz & Geftic pursued them methodically and promptly, overcame every obstacle, stood up to them, and saw to it that they were held them responsible. Throughout the process, I was amazed that every time I called for any reason, the lawyer himself found time to jump on the phone and answer my questions directly. Yes, there's a large support staff, but they handle things behind the scenes, while I had direct access to the attorney! Everything considered, I feel I was treated like family or a VIP.... and they made the motel chain cough up $38,000! Very satisfied!

I found myself in need of a lawyer to represent me in two legal matters. The first was regarding Social Security and the second case dealing with the Public Employees Retirement System, better known as (PERS). Like many people I had no idea where to turn. My professional caregiver strongly suggested that I speak with Erica J. My Social Security Administration case was concluded. The results were favorable on my behalf. It was great relief to myself and my family.
Even though all of the documentation was accepted on time and in order without errors or corrections my PERS case required in person testimony by myself, my family, and by medical professionals by an NJ State Judge. I think it is important to mention that having and advocate with you during the legal process is essential. I always felt that Ms. Mandell had my best interests in mind during the cases.
