I was wrongfully terminated over the holiday weekend. I searched for a law firm close by to where I live. Their website said that one of their services provided was wrongful terminations. I sent them 2 contact forms and received a phone call from a very rude secretary. She advised me that, my case was being declined and gave no explanation. When I questioned her and told her that I searched the website for their firm and clearly said that they handled wrongful terminations, this is what I was told. I was given a list of names and phone numbers to call and advise the person that we would not help them. I was shocked. What kind of people work at this law firm? You need andvice and assistance when you’re at one of your lowest points in life and this is what you get. They should be ashamed of themselves.

It was truly an honor to have Attorney James M. Clancy to represent me with my Workman's Comp Injury that I sustained at my work place. Once I was introduced to his law firm and contacted Mr. Clancy he immediated setup a consultation meeting with me to go over the injury that occured on my job. He immediately started the ball rolling by instructing me on each step that I had to take to get my injury taken care of as soon as possible. He directed me to a doctor that would examine the injury and make sure I would get the proper treatment, to which surgery was needed to help correct the problem I was having. Everytime I needed to talk to him, he made
himself available to me. If he wasn't available when I called he would make sure to return my call if I had any concerns. We shared information constantly. Everytime I had a doctor appointment, surgery that was needed, various treatments or therapy

I was pulled over by an NJ trooper for speeding on NJ highway and there was misunderstanding between us (it was my first time to get pulled, I was too nervous and English is not my native language). The officer issued multiple tickets and I was facing license suspension. I called multiple traffic lawyers and Mr. Advani was the only one who listened the whole story patiently and gave me detailed analysis of my situation. He explained the best/worst scenario and what the expected outcome would be. There were more than 3 months between the day of my offense and the final court date, and every time I had a question, Mr. Advani replied timely. During the court date, he waited patiently with me before seeing the judge, and communicated well with the judge. We got the "best case scenario" results: 3 of the tickets were disposed, the total point was reduced to 2 and I kept my license. Mr. Advani is professional and experienced, and he is a nice person. If you are in trouble with the tickets, I would highly recommend him!

I got a ticket a while back for speeding, and I was given a reckless driving on top of it - just a bad situation, that I did not know the full ramifications of, till I hired the services of Vik Advani.
From the very beginning with Vik, there was a clear communication path, with clear details on the tickets, the points, expectations, best and worst case scenarios, insurance impacts, and the timeline. My questions were answered in a timely fashion and I did not experience any concerns, issues, delays etc. - I probably learnt more in my few discussions than I could reading books!
Eventually, at the court trial, my outcome was better than the best case scenario, and Vik's services were worth every penny, which, in the state of NJ with it's speeding laws, are more than generous.
I'd recommend his services without a second thought.

Dont use them, they just want your money and are not intreted in wining or following your case. At the end they will change you the lawyer with out notice and never appear again. Just call any other lawyer.
Super unprofesional, looks like they know what they are doing, until the end when you realize that everything they are trying to do is settle anything as quick as posible with out checking paperworks and leaving you in a worst problem.
