Thank God the doctor's assistant at a spinal surgeon's office thought to pull me aside to tell me of an attorney that some of her patient's had used when she learned more of what was my case. The Workman's Compensation firm was Young & Perez out of Whitehouse NJ and over the course of my time under Robert Young's care & guidance I was able to receive temporary disability during my extended period of treatment & an extremely fair settlement at the closing of my case (a journey & final outcome that I would have never been able to achieve on my own) making the severity of what I had gone through so much more bearable thanks to his extreme knowledge & constant assistance...a task for which I will always be grateful. Getting seriously injured at work is something that can be jarring enough on it's own, then to have to navigate NJ's extremely complicated Workman's Comp system all by yourself. Mr. Santarsiero was referred to me shortly after a work related accident and from the day of our very first meeting, I was never less than 100% satisfied with his services! I support a family of 4 (two small children) so to me, getting things done smoothly and efficiently was as important as anything else I had ever done in my life! Having heard nightmares about "how these cases take years and years to settle" it was important to me that I retained someone who would not only have mine and my families best interests in mind, but who also wouldn't allow my case to get hung up in limbo while everything else around me deteriorated. Not only did Mr. Santarsiero get things done in the exact time frame he said he would, in most cases he did it in much less time! His secretary Cathy was also extremely helpful! She was always there and happy to answer my questions regardless of how many times I needed her. I was always treated with respect and as if I were a priority! For that, I'm incredibly grateful! Several years ago, I was being represented by a local firm in complex civil litigation. I got my first moving violation ticket on a very busy 4th of July weekend. It was bumper to bumper traffic. The congestion was so bad a group of cars formed another lane. I only joined so I can make a left turn, away from the traffic. Unfortunately, a police officer stopped the group of cars that formed another lane. Forming another lane was illegal. I was so grateful for Attorney Abasolo to assist me. On the day I had to appear at court, the Judge granted a no moving violation with no points charged, as long as I pay the fee - just as Attorney Abasolo had advised me. Simon Law firm really helped me out. Back in May I did a really stupid thing and got a DUI and blew a 1.6. After them reviewing everything and me getting an expert witness that they recommended they ended up getting the breathalyzer thrown out. I was looking at 1 year suspension and an interlock on my car. I received a 3 moth suspension and minimal fines. They also got reckless driving, careless, and misuse of lane thrown out saving me thousands and a lot of points. There must have been 10 court appearances and I only attended 2 and they went to the rest without me. DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE IT'S NOT WORTH IT.
