I contacted Mr. Wolf due to the issues I was experiencing while dealing with the workers compensation insurance company in charge of my work place injury. After speaking with Mr. Wolf I knew I would be in good hands! Mr. Wolf made sure that my medical treatments continued to be paid and that I would continue to receive the weekly pay check due to me. He discovered I was being paid an incorrect amount and had the insurance company correct this. Mr Wolf prevented the insurance company from wrongfully removing me from medical coverage.

Ron is a very respectful and a straight shooter attorney. He's fair with pricing and does not waste your time. I had two lawyers prior before hiring Ron. I wish I would've met him first. He does not let anything slide and will argue the law as is. No games. No drama.

Mr Hennessy was simply excellent. He provided outstanding legal advice. I spoke to him about my issue with a nanny agency sending me a false bill, and in less than an hour he found a provision and legal precedent that showed their perpetual term to be invalid. He drafted a letter (on a Friday night) and responded to several emails and his rates are very reasonable. (They should be higher!)

I went through two lawyers before I met A.J. The other two lawyers did nothing for me and told me that I did not have a case. I met with A.J. and he immediately went to work for me. He developed my case in a quick manner. We went before the Judge and he was great. He was so professional and knew exactly what to do where the other lawyers did not.

When I got hurt at my job I had to get a sergery I did not want. After 2 doctors and my company said I had to. My Sergey didn't go as planned and WC was starting to want to end my time with them after 6 months. Remind you...I was worse with my injury than b4 my injury. I was forced to have to get a lawyer involved and I can't tell you how stressful that became. After looking and had a recommendation I was skeptical cause he wasn't the lawyer like in the city. Meaning a BIG firm. Let me tell you this...Mike Cardamone was FANTASTIC!!!! I couldnt of wanted ANYONE better than him. He's was prompt on explaining how this whole thing worked answered all my questions. Even if I thought of a question after I got off the phone he would ALWAYS get back to me. The only time he may of been a couples hours late was because he had other clients he had to go to court for. I highly recommend him and believe me..I'm not one for giving reviews. If there were 6 stars he would get that.

I bet you never thought "decent human being" and lawyer could reside in the same person, but JPI seems to have found them!
I temped for them as a legal assistant in early 1998. I wasn't a regular employee or a client (well, we'll get to that), yet I was always treated like I was one of the gang. I was included in their Friday night outings after work, and spoken to like an equal. Mr. Pass, for being a name partner, is so down-to-earth - I've worked in D.C. law firms with junior associates who treated me with less respect - and I had more seniority than them!
Despite working hard, I had a big drop in income from what I had been used to and needed, so JPI helped me file for bankruptcy and even represented me - and they didn't ask for a dime over the filing fees. All Mr. Pass wanted was to see me get to a better place in life. We stayed in touch as I left Pennsylvania to make that happen.
Nearly 25 years later, as I write this, I can still call and ask his advice and chat with him, if he's not busy. How many people do you meet in a lifetime who are genuinely good people, who are good at what they do? How many of those people are lawyers? I mean, I can tell stories about lawyers I've worked with and how mercenary they are even in their private lives. The profession seems to attract that type. The law firm of JPI turns the idea of the stereotypical lawyer on its head. They're good people out to do good. It's like they never lost the idealism that drove them to go to law school. This should be the ideal boutique law firm.

On February 6, 2014 I didn’t know what I was going to do about being denied surgery due to a work injury. I really don't know where to begin so I might as well start before I met Jeff. I was constantly worrying about my job and all their rules and tricks regarding my workman's comp. I was in fear everyday not knowing what was going to happen on top of the fact I am truly hurt and in pain. I really did not know which way to turn or who to trust. I decided to Google workman's comp lawyers. There were hundreds listed but only one stood out to me " Jeffrey Gross". I guess you wonder why he stood out. Best lawyer, had a separate case with another attorney, and Jeff Gross is night and day from that other attorney. He literally works 24/7 for you, responds quickly to any text, email, phone call. He's on top of everything. When we started the case he already had everything planned out i.e. go to this person, this person, etc. All well known and highly respected doctors, Harvard educated doctors and other people who recommends. Seems like all worker comp. attorneys charge 20% if they win, he really puts more then 110% in the case. He treats you like family. Not a single complaint. I am in York, he is in Philadelphia, and he will drive the 4 hour round trip for my case which isn't an easy case to prove, but based on the other reviews I am not concerned, in addition to speaking with him I am very confident in the results. If anyone needs a workers comp. attorney I'd go with him. I am a current client, I have nothing to gain by posting this, but I want people who need workers comp to know there is an absolutely excellent lawyer here in Jeff Gross to represent you hands down the best, this is based off 2 workers comp cases in less then a year.
