Attorney Shaughnessy is a terrific lawyer! I hired him in 2007 to help me with a medical malpractice case. Other lawyers turned down my case, but after carefully examining the history, Ed decided to take my case. We won our case initially in court, but the defendant appealed the decision. After six years and several appeals, we won. Our winning is due to Ed's persistence, knowledge, and experience. I recommend Attorney Ed Shaughnessy to anyone who is in need of an attorney. Attorney Shaughnessy handled a complex law suit against my former employer. His ability to listen and quickly identify the salient points was excellent, as was his ability to clearly communicate the legal position and options. Ultimately, we were successful in settling the suit due to Attorney Shaughnessy's analysis of their responses and motions, strategic filing of motions, and communication and negotiating with their attorney, who happened to be from a very large Philadelphia law firm.
I will be sure to hire Attorney Shaughnessy for any of my legal needs in the future.

While writing my and wife's will Mr. Shaughnessy noticed that I had supplied incorrect information, information that I did not think critical to our estate. Mr. Shaughnessy explained that this certain information was indeed critical and could cause severe problems. We could not thank him enough.
Since he is the sole attorney his schedule is almost always filled, but no matter how busy he is he returns our phone calls within an hour (we have heard the same from other of his clients as well). Intelligent, patient, Mr. Shaughnessy is just about the best lawyer you could ask for. Any friends we hear needing legal help we recommend him.

As first consulting with Mr. Kennedy, I decided to ask him to represent me in a WC case Injury that happened at work. To make it short and very honest, first off he is very straightforward, he states the facts and provides (d)me with no nonsense. Once he heard my case he was off and running to do what he does best and that is to help his clients. ( your no number to him). He responded to all my emails.,phones calls the quickest he can and that is very important in my opinion. Most lawyers take forever to return a call, etc, not Mr. KENNEDY. He had an answer for me all the time and I felt that we worked together by returning his phone calls promptly which ended up resulting in success which was well deserved. I can go on and on but to anyone who needs help with any kind of work Injury, etc , Mr. Kennedy is the person to contact. As I noted above he most importantly always responds to your concerns/ questions and thats what people including myself want. This guy definitely deserves a 5 star and again I thank him for all he has done for me from start to finish, I can't appreciate it enough, 9-19-24.

Attorney Veronis ("Niko") is the BEST! We hired him after my husband was kicked in the head by a horse in a car accident. Yes, bizarre. I didn't know where to turn. I was confused about the law and our rights. My husband was seriously injured. A friend and colleague recommended Attorney Veronis. I called and left a message. Within hours, he called back and talked on the phone with us, explaining everything. The next day we went to his office, had an excellent conversation in which he clearly outlined our options and put us at ease. My sincere thanks to Nicholas Veronis and his staff for helping me and my family when I found myself in need of a lawyer as a result of a horrific bicycle accident. We were in uncharted waters and had no idea what to do. From his initial visit to the skilled nursing facility (where I resided for 4 months totally bedridden) to the rehab hospital and to visiting me at my sister's home where I continued my convalescence until I was able to return to my own home, Niko's personal concern for my well-being and recovery/rehab efforts never waivered. On December 29th, 2022 I went out for a jog and was hit by a car which in turn fractured my pelvis in two places and a nice gash, requiring 8 stitches on the top of my head. With no insurance I was concerned with who was going to pay my bills. Attorney Sullivan and his Legal Assistant Jade Esposito of Dallas W. Hartman PC, did an excellent job of taking care of me and making sure I didn't have to pay a thing. I would HIGHLY recommend Attorney Sullivan and all the lawyers at Dallas W. Hartman PC.

Great experience and extremely professional and knowledgeable company and staff. Mr George, Mr Mack, and Ms Kelly were very dedicated and focused on my case and made me feel that it was of the up most importance to them. Truly went all out for me. Mr Mack and Mr George even kept in contact with me on their days off to ensure that I was comfortable and fully aware of everything going on. I had been hurt in an accident. The court case was long exhausting and depressing when my life was falling apart. The attorney who won the case shifted careers and he recommended Attorney John T. Hofrichter for the continuing issues with SWIF. Those issues never seem to stop. My orthopedic doctor died during an appeal trial from SWIF. It threw my case out of the timeline for the next hearing. Attorney Hofrichter handled the court while I searched for a new doctor which was hard due to the nature of my accident and injuries. The other insurance companies involved had sent me to multiple ortho surgeons before they would pay out making these doctors have a conflict of interest issue. It was a nightmare. My injury was bad, even years later I was struggling through therapy and X-rays. SWIF makes everything worse, I felt like I was crying all the time and depression was and still is a battle for me. But Attorney Hofrichter told me this would continue to happen as long as I was on SWIF's compensation. He was right. He has had to defend me at least 4x in a court trial since I won my case. I will not settle with SWIF for the pittance they have repeatedly offered. I must constantly fill out paperwork and see an IME, always with the knowledge I will be taken back to court. My injury is not a vague "I hurt" injury. It was severe, it continues to worsen as I get older. My medical records are graphic and extensive. If SWIF had taken my first response for settlement they wouldn't still be paying me, 26 years later, and they'd have saved money. Attorney Hofrichter has told them this very same thing. He has defended me so fiercely that the previous case worker, who told me in a letter to call him, hung up the phone on me and said a few other choice words about me and my attorney. I would recommend Attorney Hofrichter to anyone facing a workers' comp case with SWIF. He's well versed in what you need to know and do. He's trustworthy, honest, hardworking, and willing to be blunt about your chances in court. Plus, his compensation isn't excessive. It was significantly lower than other attorneys I contacted and there were many of them.

Pam Schriller really does go above and beyond. I am 20 years old & went into my case pretty much blind to anything. She was very thorough throughout this process. Dominic was amazing handling my case , he was understanding concerning my situation , he worked with me through everything and made it so I wasn't afraid to stand in front of the judge. He kept in touch with me and never did I feel like I was alone. I could have got 2 years in prison , and in return I got 8 months probation. I used this firm a while ago for a car wreck and thet got me a great settlement. Recently I used them for a neck injury and they got me 1/10 of what I should have got. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I had to call numerous times to remind them I was a client and was waiting. I talked to some other firms after I received my settlement and they told me they could have gotten me a lot more money. I would rather use Edgar Snyder than these guys again what an insult the amount of money I got for a neck injury. These guys are a joke now.

Highly recommended. I got there name from a google search when I suddenly needed a lawyer. They had great reviews and responded immediately when I needed time-sensitive counsel with a family matter. Thomas McKinley is an excellent lawyer, very clear in his communications, reassuring and compassionate. Lawyers are always expensive but I found their rates reasonable. He was able to communicate directly with the DA and save me a lot of footwork and time, and was able to get the matter resolved without me having to deal with the court directly and provided great reassurance throughout. Well worth the money and I will call him first if I ever have any other needs
