I used this firm a while ago for a car wreck and thet got me a great settlement. Recently I used them for a neck injury and they got me 1/10 of what I should have got. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I had to call numerous times to remind them I was a client and was waiting. I talked to some other firms after I received my settlement and they told me they could have gotten me a lot more money. I would rather use Edgar Snyder than these guys again what an insult the amount of money I got for a neck injury. These guys are a joke now.

I was hit by a car on November 16, 2023, and it’s been a long road to recovery. Through a friend, I was recommended to Brendan Lupetin, Greg Unatin, and their associate Garrett Trettel. They were there for me every step of the way, guiding me when I didn’t know what to do and answering my questions pretty much anytime—day or night. They worked hard to get me the best results possible and even reduced some of their fees to help me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

3 years ago my son and I were involved in a car accident. My son’s grandfather referred me to Lupetin & Unatin for representation for the accident. His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation.
Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line.
I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Attorney Justin Smith represented me in 3 different legal matters over the course of 3 months—each one with likely (and, in one case, mandatory) jail time. He has done what I thought was the impossible and avoided me serving any time of incarceration. He adjusted his schedule to attend a hearing of mine with less than 24 hours notice. He is extremely intelligent and personable. I was able to call or text him at any time of the day, and he always promptly responded. He was always early for court, as well as very prepared for whatever proceeding was taking place that day. I feel forever indebted to Justin for what he has done for me and my family. I have used Attorney Donald McCue several times for real estate transactions and he has done an amazing job protecting me from possible future problems. The sellers were not always happy but as a buyer I cannot say enough great things about Attorney McCue. Attorney Howe is a thorough attorney; asking relevant questions and ensuring that I understood the legal process. I was hit from behind in an auto accident in October 2021, and although insurance paid the medical bills and gave us the "value" of the totaled car (which was far below the actual replacement costs), I was still far worse off afterwards. Wayne's group helped take care of additional loss of work and negotiated a reasonable settlement. Since we were just coming out of Covid restrictions, these things went slowly, perhaps in part because the other driver was out-of-state, but Wayne & his team remained dedicated to seeing it through, and we received a better settlement than I had expected.

Leo Jackson is the best Attorney in the Pocono / Lehigh area!!! I had a worker’s compensation case Mr. Jackson was recommended to me as soon as I met him I knew I could trust him. I was rear ended on 33 North by the Tamaqua exit in a work van and seriously injured my shoulder after a month of rehab needed surgery. My employer started to give me problems so I hired Leo Jackson. E made sure I recieved all the back pay from my employer and from the individual who hit me. Leo jackson went above and beyond for me and made sure I got everything I deserved and then some!! Banks Law was recommended to us by another law firm because we needed representation in worker compensation law. We thank our lucky stars. We cannot imagine a more knowledgeable, better informed, harder working or more respectful organization. From our initial meeting with Mr. Banks when he got to understand out case and laid out for us what we could expect, through working with many members of his staff (and we have worked with several), we have been continually surprised at the amount of support offered by every member of the team whether it is during working hours or not.
Searching for care providers, offering advice, or telling us what we can do on our own without needing an attorney's help were all done with quick response time, concern and helpfulness.
The amount of respect with which each and every member of the Banks Law team treats its clients is a lost art, and they really look out for the well-being of their clients. I hired Alex for my husband drug case. Seemed like a decent guy at first. Talked a good game. 5,000 in his hand from day one! He became the worst attorney. He was very rude and arrogant. yelled at me more than the DA. No motions was put in. We waited 6 months for notes of testimony from the preliminary hearing. Which my husband requested day one of him being hired. Gave him 6500 just for to make it seem like he got the best deal possible when he did no work. Would not recommend for a criminal attorney. He was selling my husband out to the DA the whole time in my opinion. He will take your money!

Alex was able to deliver the best possible outcome in my traffic case. Without going into details, I was facing a minimum of a six month license suspension; we were ultimately able to plea down to charges that did not result in any license suspension.
I couldn’t be any happier with the level of support and ultimate resolution I received relative to the cost of Alex’s services.
