I’m an attorney, too, so when I say Hampton Keen is my go to for any personal injury case, whether my own or for a friend, I mean it. Hampton is extremely bright and hard working, but I think what I like best about him is his kind heart. He really cares about his clients, in a way you don’t see too often. I hired Hampton Keen for a small personal injury matter. Hampton handles a lot of big, important cases but he always had time for me if I needed him. I never felt less important than any of his other clients. I also always felt confident that he cared about me and my situation and wanted to do the best for me. I was involved in a car accident that left me in a wheelchair, unable to work and worried how I was going to deal with everything that was happening. A friend recommended Mrs. Kravitz and said she would handle my case and help me figure out the myriad of worries I had.
I met Jovita and was immediately impressed with her professionalism. Equally important to me I was simply impressed with her as a person. I suppose any attorney is capable of doing the legal side; I was worried about being treated as another number by an attorney. With Jovita that was nor ever has been the case. She was empathetic as well as knowledgeable which personally was important to me.
My case settled in what I felt was a timely fashion all things considered. Additionally, I was happy with the settlement Jovita was able to obtain for me. Further, even though I'm no longer her client she took the time to follow up and ask how I was doing after recovering from my injuries. That gesture was greatly appreciated.
I hope I never again need the services of an attorney but if I do I would hire Jovita again without hesitation.

Jovita Kravitz handled our case with personal care and attention. When my husband was hit by a car while riding his motorcycle, not only did we have to deal with and worry about his recovery and the intensity of his injuries but to top it all off the driver of the car was irate, unreasonable and just downright rude. Jovita was professional, prompt and courteous. But beyond that she was sensitive to the emotional turmoil my husband and I were both in and handle her case with care as well as speed. Getting in a car accident is terrifying. The thought of dealing with lawyers over it was even more terrifying for me. I was very hesitant at first because I was a 20 year old girl, knew nothing about lawyers, and have heard many lawyer horror stories. Working with Dan and his team put all my fears to rest. I you want a lawyer who is hard to get, if you want a lawyer who has a rude staff, if you want a lawyer who makes you think you wasting his time, if you want a lawyer how has the bedside manor of a dead cold fish. DON"T call Mr. Walker.
This man walks tall among other men, this man is a team leader, this man is not scared of a fight, this man will walk into hell with two open buckets of gasoline to make sure he is giving you all he can give.
Mr. Walker was so easy to talk to, it was like talking to your brother, if the conversation went off to something not related to the subject he would listen, he understood that he needed to hear everything you said. Mr. Walker never let me down when it came to my case and never even when I expected him to try and rush an event, he took his time.
I never had a case go into the federal court system, you could feel how Mr. Walker knew what to do and to walk the walk in both local and federal level. No better man walks. He also wears the uniform of the U.S. Army . God bless him and all like him who defend us in court and on the real battlefield.

Mr. Cory Lapin was extremely helpful in negotiating a hospital bill based on me and my fiancés behalf. A few months back, I rushed my fiancé to the hospital for excruciating stomach pain, and after a normal blood test and pain killers, they wanted to discharge her. Being in the medical field I did not find this acceptable, and upon further investigation, she has an a emergency appendectomy. Mr. Lapin helped formulate a well thought out letter professionally explaining the entire situation and why we should not be liable for such a hefty medical bill, and a few days later our bill was cut by 80%. Excellent attorney and very personable. Victor Ruiz is the type of person you want in your corner when dealing with a situation you feel like you cant handle. From the beginning, he makes you feel at ease, he has control of whatever you're facing and guides you in the right path. I had tons of questions throughout the two year period were I was facing a malpractice suit. Clay was the right lawyer at the right time. I was rear ended and had to have two disc replacements. His manner was aggressive when that was needed but also one of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met. He truly cares about his clients. Upon closing of my new house, it was determined that it should be tented for pest control reasons. They advised It was scheduled for a Tuesday, for which I had made arrangements to have my cat and myself out Tuesday early AM. On Monday, I got home to find the house already tented and fumigated. My pet cat still inside, and killed. I called pest control company who had little to say and could not explain how they switched the days.
Mr. Chiapperini was my counsel on what could be done to hold them accountable. He advised me as to the law and how best to proceed. I found him to be both knowledgeable and very understanding of my circumstance. He periodically kept me informed and always promptly answered all emails and calls. Although I personally disagree with the way Florida law considers pet companions, I had and have utmost confidence in Mr. Chiapperini. Hopefully, I will never need legal council again, but if I do, Mr. Chiapperini will be my first choice.

I initially hired another attorney but because I was unhappy with the lack of progress and increasing bills, I decided to look for someone else. Mr. Chiapperini was referred by a family friend to consult on a boundary dispute complaint I was served with. Although Mr. Chiapperini does not practice in this area of the law, he did some research and found out what needed to be done. He took over my case and contacted the other party's attorney. Although this was a very stressful time for me because the fence in dispute existed years before I purchased my property and I didn't know it wasn't on the boundary line, Mr. Chiapperini went to great lengths to make sure I wasn't paying for someone else's mistake. Mr. Chiapperini was easy to reach and I always knew what was going on in the case. He saved me a lot of time, money, and, most importantly, stress.
