I hired Mr. Watson in 1998 for a work related auto accident with injury. The corporation wanted to get rid of me in order to make the problem go away. I was a very good emplyee with an outstanding work ethic. In one instant I was struck by a car running a red light. My life did a 180. In a time I needed support, and was suffering both physically and emotionally I found Mr. Watson and his team of staff. They handled me delicately, understood my needs, and fought to get my life back on track. When I was out of work Mr. Watson personally found work for me to do so I could continue to make a living during the legal process. Years later, just a month ago he repented me against an insurance company to recover work related income lost to their client wrecking our work vehicle which is our source of income. I would and do send any of my friends and family to him. He is ethically professional and morally sound on a personal level. Not only is he a fantastic attorney, I consider him a friend of about 20 Years. Thank you Mr. Watson.

If you are looking for a great attorney look no further. Mr. Watson was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of my case. He took the time to explain my rights as an employee in the workplace, and stood up for my rights as a worker. I was falsely accused by management of actions that I did not do. Mr. Watson provided excellent council making inroads and solving problems when the union was inept at providing me with proper representation. He not only protected my job record but was very thorough in proving their accusations to be false. Mr. Watson really looks out for the little guy, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing workplace representation.

My case was already complicated by the time I met Attorney J. Dan Clark. He successfully settled my case in mediation and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. There was a substantial hospital lien which Attorney Clark was able to resolve as well. He was a very effective communicator and always kept me informed of any developments and/or any potential hurdles. Each interaction with the attorney and his staff was always very professional and I was treated with utmost respect. The most proactive & professional attorney. Greg Zele is the attorney you would be stupid to not hire. He represented me perfectly and even settled my case in a timely manner while COVID was slowing the systems. I did not have to worry about my case one bit and I was kept informed through the whole process. He had an answer for every question, with this being my first accident - there were a lot. I can't recommend him enough! He is the person you want representing you in any personal injury case.

Cant say enough about good things Jeff Berman and his firm. I had an issue where my rights were violated while I was visiting FL. I had actually consulted informally with an Attorney I know in my home state who advised me "there may not be anything worth pursuing and while what happened was wrong, I may just have to let it go". Well, Im happy I decided to consult with Jeff. He took the time to really examine what occurred and he agreed that my rights had been violated and action should be taken. Not only did Jeff take the case, he pursued it aggressively and with passion. I came away very impressed. My goal with my case wasnt necessarily a monetary award as much as it was holding the other parties accountable, but the monetary award Jeff was able to obtain was definitely a pleasant surprise. The Staff at Berman Law, Sara to be specific, was wonderful also. i truly hope never to need representation again in a case such as this, but if I do I know exactly who to call.

Jason Pearl has been a go to several times for injury claims. Unfortunately, myself and my family have been prone to a long line of accidents. Including one that nearly took my life by a drunk driver. I have never dealt with someone who is more compassionate about his clients then him. He listens to his clients instead of talking over them and always puts the ball in their court and gives them the final say. He advises his clients honestly of all possible outcome based on all possible decisions. The one time I didn’t use him (at my wife’s insistence) it turned into a three ring circus and I had to do the attorney’s job for them. His office staff is just as phenomenal as he is. If you are injured in any way I strongly suggest you speak with Jason first. He won’t necessarily paint you a rosy picture but will give you honest advice which is highly unusual this day and age. I was in 2 automobile crashes in 2011, neither of which were my fault. Both parties were found at fault. I was injured in both of them, but the second was much more serious. I found Don by searching on the web. There was no way I wanted to hire one of the attorneys who inundate our airwaves. Don's site is very informative and easy to understand. After talking with him after my first accident, I was impressed that he does virtually everything himself. He did a wonderful job taking care of everything. I had only been released from my accident 2 weeks when I was struck by a car that ran a red light. I again called Don to represent me. I won't go into any details of injury or settlement, but I do want to say how pleased I was with Don. He stayed on top of things and answered my emails promptly. He would even answer if he was out of town to let me know he got my message and would get back to me about an issue as soon as he could. What else can I say? If you need a personal injury attorney, Don Harvey will exceed your expectations. I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do, Don will be my only choice.

Matthew, took an my highly complicated case. (I had previously hired, several other attorneys from T.V)., and they failed to get me any results.
Matthew fought hard and long; putting his 150% into resolving my case. My personal injury case, was complicated due to the misfortune of obtaining attorneys that promised me the stars. These attorneys wanted the results now, they were not willing to fight for me and my rights.
I was blessed to have found Matthew and Carey and Leisure. When, my case was settled after 4 years, due to the negligence of the prior attorneys. Matthew was able to get me a more than fair, settlement.

Through my years I have dealt with several different attorneys. Russell Dohan is the professional attorney that I have ever dealt with. Russell reasearched all aspects of my case, he kept me well informed about everything going on. Both in the court room and out he is very professional, curtious, respectful, etc. I can not say enough good about him, so if you are looking for an attorney that will work with you on your case then he is your man. An attorney with the knowledge and experience like Curtis Fallgatter brings to the table, helps level that playing field. I have tried a good number of cases to jurors since I tried my first case in 1975 both in the capacity of defense attorney as well as plaintiff’s counsel. During that time, I have seen numerous attorneys in action including some who have no business trying cases either due to some lack of innate skill or preparation, many who demonstrated excellent skills , and some who I consider masters of the art. I include Bret Rivkind in the latter category. He not only has masterful trial lawyers skills but applies maximum preparation to his cases . Todd handled my auto accident case in 2004. He is one of the best and most thorough lawyers I have ever known. His knowledge of the fine points of negotiation, combined with his excellent experience gained in over a decade spent in some of the most well known and sucessful firms in Palm Beach County, served him well. He gives personal attention to all his clients. He is also very caring and compassionate.
As a former paralegal, I have had experience working with many lawyers in personal injury. However when you are the accident victim, everything is different. Todd settled my case and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Todd and have done so to many of my friends and acquaintances.
