There is not enough room for me to express my immense gratitude to Mr Hager. I was dealing with the worst situation I have encounter in my 55 years and was facing 20 years in jail for TRULY being accused of something I did not do. The most impressive part of the initial meeting was Mr Hager's willingness to take the time to listen to the facts, believe in me and formulate an aggressive plan to resolve the issue. He was always available, nights, weekends, holidays, by phone which are usually the times I was struggling with the case. He remained diligent and constantly updated me on the status of existing issues. His documentation was incredible and was always willing to show me what is going on and how he's addressing it. This may not be important for everyone, but again, this speaks to his individual relationships with his clients. Ultimately I agreed to plea, no contest, minimal misdemeanor, which given the potential outcome was a blessing. He never pressured me to take it and stated frankly that he loves to litigate but given my situation this was the best, most judicious, resolution for me. It saved my job! Allowed me to begin living my life again and not being burdened with a record that would follow me for the rest of my life. If you are in trouble, call Mr Hager!!!!!!
