I'm a person who checks reviews on anything and everything before making a decision or purchase of any kind as I'm a single mom on a budget and I'm sometimes skeptical if reviews are all legit. I ultimately chose Hager & Schwartz for my 19 yr old son's case, not only due to their reviews, but also on how educational & informative their website is which includes videos of Free criminal defense information and also offers an insight to the type of attorney you'd be dealing with to represent you, of all my research for the right attorney I didn't see that from any other attorney online. On their website it says you can reach them 24/7 they are not lying, I called in the evening and to my surprise Mr Hager is the one who picked the phone I was stressed & nervous to say the least about the whole situation and having to contact an attorney as you hear such bad stories about attorneys and their attitudes and lack of attention or care to your case especially after they get your money, but that wasn't the case at all with Mr. Hager who was very personable and made me feel comfortable and stress free immediately after speaking to him about my sons charges as he assured me that he would get right on it there was nothing to worry about. Also not to forget Mr. Hagers very helpful assistant Thuy who also was in constant communication VIA phone or email and made arrangements for phone communications even in the evening due to my work schedule and my sons school schedule. Without getting into case details my son was surprised with a misdemeanor charge 6 months after an accusation was made and he had already been away attending school 4 hours away in Miami as a mom I didn't want anything to disrupt or ruin my sons education such as having to leave school every couple weeks or months for a case that I'm sure a Prosecutor and a court appointed attorney would allow to continue to stretch out until they got the results they wanted making my sons life a hell until he either he failed his schooling or would give in to a guilty plea in order to not fail school or from exhaustion. Mr. Hager handled everything and every court hearing and my son didn't have to leave school to attend not one court appointment and the ultimate result was having the case dismissed. I think I made the best decision and would highly recommend Hager & Schwartz to anyone who is seeking a criminal attorney for themselves or a family member.

Received from a friend ... I am a 78 year old man who found himself pulled over for exceeding the speed limit in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida., ultimately resulting in a charge and arrest for DUI.
