One employee was very rude to me over the phone. I have debt to take care of but that does NOT mean that they are allowed to rudely hang up on the person they are calling while in the middle of saying something. NO STARS. Poor business representation.

The worst law firm of all time In my experience with Wilbur Smith and it was not my first choice it was base on word to mouth I found him to be unpleasant on the phone he will only be nice to before you pay him, whatever you do on his rate do not pay him a flat rate because once he got your money you will not be able to get a hold of him he will not take your call and his office staff are as bad. Take hourly rate if by unknown reason you deiced too hire this idiot because you will fire him when get to know him and he will ask for more money on flat rate anyway. I’m writing this review because if someone will do that for me when I was looking to hire an attorney I will never waist my money on him , I look at his website for info, I like what I have seen 40 years experience all those title that mean nothing: He served his first eight years as a Councilman of the City of Fort Myers (1980 to 1988), and then as Mayor of the City of Fort Myers. To my surprise he was clueless in the court system (maybe because he spend his time outside of the court house) and the procedure, he also take the worst deposition maybe he is too old he kept forgotten things all the time the first thing he did is to committed obstruction of justice and then we work against us in every way- move bail hearing ask for Continuance when we told him not to do it, he did everything he can to keep my friend in jail sound unbelievable it’s crazy but it’s true. When we approach will smith to replace the public defender we had a negotiable plea deal on the table and the charge from the state and when we where done we had non negotiable deal and more charges against my friend sound crazy isn’t it. I found this law firm and Wilbur smith to be very unprofessional, no work attic, no rules of conduct, over billing, no customer’s service and he is a RACIST. In one of the deposition he called himself a “redneck from the south” Do you really want a racist by your side when you going to court?????????? NOT RECOMMENDED.
