We chose this law firm for the prestige it carried and Mr. Smith was highly recommended; however, we were assigned to Mr. Garza, which did nothing for our case. He was non responsive to our emails and calls, and his arrogant and condescending attitude was difficult to deal with, even the judge reprimanded him a few times. Our case should've been easy to resolve, and when we speak to others (including other attorneys) of our case and the outcome, they are appalled at the advise Mr. Garza gave us, information he did not provide us with, and obtaining the worst resolution possible. So stay away from this firm unless maybe Mr. Smith actually represents you, but if it is Mr. Garza, don't waste your money, you are better off just using a public defender.

Hired in 2010 for $10,000. Sawyer Smith told me not to worry about going to jail, he said , well I WENT TO JAIL! He did NOTHING! Then, 2021 I asked to help reinstate my rights. He said ok, $ 18,000 more!!!! Screw Wilbur Smith law!!!!!!

Danny from the start put me at ease with what was going to happen and what I needed to do giving me clear direction and fielding all my questions.. I can't stress enough the raw talent for his job that he has. He somehow got me one of the best deals out there and kept me out of the fire. I would recommend him to anyone one and everyone who has a need for a tenacious lawyer to get them out of what seems like an impossible problem.

Our experience here was not the best. Unfortunately the Lawyers in this firm are thrown case after case on top of one another and can't focus on any giving case because of the work load they are given. I do have to say that we had Ryan Doyle and Danny on our case back in 2016 and although they were amazing and did all they could do for our case we nearly fired the firm after making a large double digit payment for services because of the lack of communication due to them being on case overload. Ryan did everything he should have in our trial and because of the work he provided we were able to win our Appeal in the 2nd District. I am happy to say that Ryan is now on his own and holds a small case load so that he can give each individual case his highest attention to detail and for this reason I hired him for our returning case through his private firm! I would not recommend this firm if you are wanting communication because that won't happen. The firm controls the lawyers and there caseload.

They was very informative and very helpful when they needed them. We will gladly refer them to all our friends and family.

After a 1. 5 years of my case being over, we had a minor technical error from the state of Florida and Mary Beth solved all of our problems in 1 hour. I'd recommend this firm over and over for any DUI needs. Thank you for consistently being there and taking care of us!
