My Experience with Wilbur Smith has been nothing short of Exceptional! I’ve been a Family Law Client of this Firm for a while and each time a situation arises my case is handled extremely prompt! TJ Mc Can ,is the kindest, most respectful, knowledgeable lawyer that you can have on your side. He truly listened to everything from start to finish ( and there was a lot) that I needed to explain when walking into Wilbur Smith. You do not find this with all lawyers! He made sure I that we got what we deserved he would not settle for less! I would never go anywhere else! I would highly recommend that you do not either.THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

I didn't have a lot of contact with them, but you might require that, and they'll be there to help. Mr. Garza answered a number of questions I had with immediate responses. He was very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend him even if you're just looking for legal advice. Don't hesitate to contact this firm if you're debating it.

When we found ourselves needing the assistance of an attorney last May we asked for referrals and a close friend reached out to Sawyer Smith of Wilbur Smith Law FIrm for us. I was personally called by Sawyer right away and we were fit in for a consultation first thing the next morning. I wouldn’t use Sawyer Smith if the future of your life or business depends on it. I feel like I was robbed for $5k. Asked for a cease and desist letter. They told me to write one and they would send it. I never wrote one and it was never sent. Didn’t really feel like that was my job. That’s why I hired a lawyer. Still dealing with the same problem almost 9 months down the road. If your told you should use him because he’s a good ole boy, dont let that sway you. He probaley spent a total of about 2 hours on my stuff. Maybe his 4 ex wives (says a lot about his character) need too much money and that why he is okay with ripping people off. Stay away if you don’t know him well or if your just a small guy. You will not get the help you need.

Very friendly and professional. Danny his assistant MaryBeth really made me feel comfortable with the whole process and kept me well informed on what I had to do to stay on track. My case was really hard and I messed up bad but Danny pulled out a real miracle and saved me. I still don't know how he did it but I forever grateful. If your in any kind of trouble don't hesitate to call on them they are worth every penny.Thanks again Danny and everyone in the office that helped me.

I've never needed a lawyer before, but Sawyer Smith and Daniel Garza are GREAT lawyers. They did everything possible for me to succeed in my case. Showing me they listened, having compassion, and being assertive. I would hire them again, if I ever needed to.
