My experience with the Law Office of Jursinski & Murphy was excellent and very positive. Ryan Murphy, his paralegal Debbie Thomas and receptionist were very professional, polite and courteous. They put me at ease from the beginning, during the initial consultation. Also, they were always available to answer my questions, kept me informed and treated me with respect throughout the whole process. As my case had to do with "Breach of Contract", where I was caught in the middle between my insurance company and a local roofing company after Hurricane Ian -- I sought legal counsel. Ryan Murphy, being very knowledgeable in Construction Law, as well as Real Estate, clearly explained my legal options. Kara was easy to work with. She walked us through all of the possibilities and worked hard to get us to an agreeable settlement. Mediation was a good option. We were ready to go to court, and I feel we would have won, but we settled. Every month costs and Kara wanted to cut our losses…it is expensive. There is a relief and weight off our shoulders.
