I presented a very personal and difficult case to the Jursinski law firm and was completely satisfied and impressed with outcome and responsiveness of my council ever step of the way. Kara Murphy was assigned to my case. This case was very personal as it involved close knit family members and sensitive issues. My opposing party members were accustomed to using bullying behavior to have there way. Kara was alway prompt in keeping me informed as the negotiations took place. She was extremely intelligent and knowledgeable about how the law applied to our case and the best way to navigate for my best results. And she was very strong, confident and impressive during final confrontation and negotiations. I will return to her with any and all my legal situations in the future. She is a Top notch legal expert who can handle any situation for the benefit of her client.

Everybody knows attorneys get their money.. these guys get the secretaries to collect retainer fees and signed agreements. They tell you you're saving $330 consultation fee and they can tell the attorney the story... Really

Explained us are rights, and took charge of the situation .Resolved our matter with professionalism and settled the dispute very fast. Ryan knows Florida law and procedure, but he has a little to learn about settling a case. I did not have a major lawsuit so I was fortunate to even get Ryan to take the case. Not as much contact as I expected, but he probably wanted to keep the fees in check. As time goes on, I believe Ryan will become a very competent lawyer.
