They are always knowledgeable, responsive & helpful during the entire real estate transaction process of both buying and selling of our homes & condos.We had issues that arose & both Kevin and Lisa handled them with great confidence. I worked w/Kevin this month (April 2020) on two related but separate situations. The whole interaction was a real pleasure. I contacted him after hours one night. He responded right away the next morning with spot on guidance at a critical time. It was perfect... He then stayed in contact with me after to make sure things were in line. It's not often you can cold call an attorney after hours, even a highly rated one, and get the immediate high-level service he and his firm provide. Jamie and Nichole there were also great to work with. I don’t think you can go wrong working with them!

I worked with Michelle Hurvitz on a case against my HOA. From start to finish she made the entire process incredibly easy and she was always very timely in her responses to my questions. After she got involved, my HOA ultimately dropped the case entirely! Great experience.

Just a quick note to express many thanks to Kevin, Lisa and the team at Jursinski & Assoc. I was less than a week away from closing on a property when some serious complications on the seller's side looked to impede the sale. There were issues raised due to the nature of the sale that would not have been able to be resolved by my out of state Attorney. My Realtor referred me directly to this firm and Kevin took my call personally and immediately began assessing the situation and the options we had available to us to make sure that clear title would be able to be delivered at the closing. Both Kevin and Lisa kept me up to date on the necessary steps to resolve this from the seller's standpoint and also made sure that the seller and their attorney understood exactly what needed to happen, if they were truly looking for ways to make this work. This was true with multiple phone calls and e-mail exchanges, up to and even on the day of the closing. One week later, a follow up call from Lisa to make sure I was comfortable with how everything went was also an extra measure of reassurance. My Attorney was William Ryan Murphy, Esq. He was very responsive and gave excellent guidance. I honestly thought I would have to wait MONTHS for my settlement from an unscrupulous client. He was able to rip apart the miss informed documentation from opposing counsel. His assistant was on the ball with sending the necessary documents and was excellent at following up. Hands down they are by far the best law firm around.
