Attorney Michelle Hurvitz is the best. She is not a type of attorney that says its my way or the highway. She listens to you and tries to incorporate your problem within the law. Also, she is not shy in telling you that a certain action my not be in your best interest. She will fight for you to get the very best outcome for you and your family. All of the associates including the paralegals and support staff are very courteous and helpful. In real estate matters this firm is my first choice.

Acquired their services for a closing on a single family house with no realtor involved. They walked me through the process, made excellent recommendations pertaining to both a home inspector and mortgage lender, and, represented my interests very well. Anytime I had a question, Janine the paralegal, availed herself to me. I would definitely use this firm again.

Due to construction delays we had a difficult closing on a substantially priced condo in Naples. We were unavoidably away on travel for the signing and relied on attorney Jursinski as our power of attorney to handle the final penmanship. Without Kevin and his very able staff I'm not sure we would have been able to close. In his hands we felt that we had a better review and more care than if we had been able to be there. Michelle Hurtvitz of Kevin F. Jursinski & Assoc. did an outstanding job of resolving my issue. I needed her assistance to sell my half of a condo to my partner. This was not an easy task as there were many obstacles to overcome. She was efficient, diligent and fought for my rights 100%. Her communications between all parties was direct and to-the-point and to the letter of the law. I do not believe that anyone could have represented me better and receive a better outcome for me.
