My wife and I had a issue with a bank in reference to an equity line and a credit card. We were selling our house and the bank put a lien on our house for both items since they found out it was being sold. I took on this issue on a Thursday and had to close with no problems on the coming Wednesday. I made contact with the office and Jeanine answered the phone. She was absolutely wonderful. I explained my situation and she helped me make sense of some things. She passed along my information to Melissa Rubicco and Atty Kara to handle my case. Melissa (along with Kara) did a fabulous job with both cases (house sale and credit card). I didn't even have to go to their office. They were friendly, they moved aggressively with handling the problems, informative, and professional. I would recommend them anytime. If I have any further problems, I will be retaining them again. The telephone system is terrible. You can't get a live person. They really need a receptionist.
