I had been struggling on my own for five years to collect bits and pieces of the bad debt before finally hiring Mark. I wish I would have employed him sooner. Once I retained him, I was holding a cashier's check in my hand four months later. Mark collaborated with me on potential strategies and listened carefully to my needs and desires.
