It's never really a "pleasure" needing to utilize the law to go after your insurance company to settle a claim, but I'm pleased to have worked with Giovanni Diez of Cohen Law Group in order to do just that. I was over 100 days into my roof claim without any word of potential payment(or even denial) from my insurance company.
