Like many, I fell victim to a recent home insurance bankrupcy. Gio provided excellent professional service in resolving my roof damage claim. He and his team were patient when answering my questions and communticated frequently while working to expedite my claim.

I had a roof with severe wind and hail damage. Security First denied my claim and refused to respond to me when I asked them to appeal their decision. Then they dropped me, and due to my roof being 10 years old, no other insurance would take me unless I replaced it. Just horrible what these insurance companies pull. Every roofing company I had quotes from said insurance should be covering my roof replacement, that the damage was bad and it was not from the age of the roof. It was all storm and wind damage. I had to pay out of pocket for the replacement so I could get new insurance, and reached out to Will Davich to go after them for the denied claim. He got them to settle. They reimbursed me in full for the roof and paid all legal fees. I cannot say how thankful I am for Will’s knowledge with this and helping me and my family. Never Again! After going through 4 different lawyers at this firm, due to continuous turnover or other reasons, our experience was awful. We have had to spend valuable time away from work to follow up with the team assigned to resolve the case, and still after 6 years are awaiting callback to end the drama. We met with Mr. Cohen himself with the exception that he would personally insure that he would stay engaged, but we're still waiting, to say the least for a touch from him showing concerns over this endless resolution. The reputation that lawyers have, is based on the experience that we are living, so be ready for a long journey if you dare.
