This law firm is horrible. They handle my settlement payment very poorly. They charged Veterans 40% for there services plus another 9% went to somewhere else. So, basically they took 50% of Veterans settlement proceeds. I am sure the are aware that most Veterans live on a fixed budget and won't complain because we need the funds. They received the funds sometime in July. When I contacted them about my specfic case they stated that my distribution letter was in the writing process. I waited until August 1 to contact them again and they stated they sent the letter out on the 31st of July. I informed them I did not receive it. They then to me they would send one out within the next three days. I did not receive a distribution letter until the 15th of August. I questioned them about when payment would be made they stated 14 days if you oped for direct deposit. It has been 15 business days and I contacted them about where my funds were and now they are stating the lost a batch of distribution letters and it will take an additional 15 days. This behavior is unacceptable. You can't even report there behavior. So hopefully someone reads this prior to choosing this law firm.

Super disappointed with the experience so far. I ran around getting all the paperwork needed which I didn't mind because it was for me.. I understand the 40% fee. If you can make money for your business why not do it. I was completely understanding over everything. What I find unprofessional is that after the amount was determined, it feels like no one wants to help. There's been times where even workers have been surprised that I wasn't called back after their own coworkers sent them a message. This experience just feels like the typical restaurant that tip is already included. No effort towards the veterans because they are already getting paid regardless of what happens. I didn't want to write this, I wanted to avoid this, but after 4 attempts to get someone to help me out I felt I had to. I've sent emails, sent messages through the case locker, and even a voicemail.. I hope this review doesn't affect me negatively and I get screwed, but to serve as a reminder to be professional regardless if the check is guaranteed. Thank you

This company went way beyond what was required for them to do. They were very helpful in getting my settlement done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help.

I have been using this law firm for my 3M earplug lawsuit. Everyone else is getting paid but people who used this law firm. You call them and they never call you back. I’ve left multiple messages and no one can ever give you any information. Despicable how these people are treating veterans who were just looking for their compensation. I’m pretty sure they got paid.

I was defending AWKO through this 3M process. They have always been responsive and help with my questions. I don’t care about the fees that they are entitled to from the contact and documents we signed, but to just no longer answer questions that I am entitled to ask is questionable. It has been more than their described time to respond and normally I felt very respected and felt all my questions were answered. All I want to know is why give us a fifo number when others that have a larger number are getting paid before us, and why several of us have not received any DS when others 40k higher than us have and have been paid. I know there are a lot of veterans to take care of and handle but I thought FIFO was to take care of them in order and make it a smoother process. Please help line out some of the gray areas and return some of our messages and calls.

I feel terrible that I even have to leave a review like this but Honestly, they gave me so much hope in my case and took it on eagerly for a 40% of the recovery payouts. It’s been nearly a year now since my case started for crypto theft. They received the tracing report and was told exactly who to go after and I was told four months ago that they’re going to start to draft a complaint to the court to do what needs to be done to recover my stolen money . I’ve been through a legal complaint before and it does NOT take four months to draft. Then when I call, I get extremely snarky responses from whomever the receptionist is answering the phone if they answer the phone at all. Doesn’t feel great when you express concern because they’re literally the only person you can potentially get a hold of and they have a response like “I don’t know what you want me to do about it”. You worked there and you have my case… what do you think I want you to do about it? I have to send a minimum of 3 to 5 emails to even consider getting a response and all I ever get told is well this is just the process and takes the time it takes. This is a crypto theft case, i’m clear it takes the time it takes to do the research but you were provided the report four months ago in my life is honestly been destroyed with all the stuff and it feels like nobody really cares whatsoever. You’re great giving so much hope in the beginning that you’ll take the case on and have a great outcome but then I get left hanging not able to get a hold of anybody for any answers. I genuinely pray that you actually come through, but I’m losing a lot of hope since I can’t even get a simple response.

Hmmm what a joke 3m just got scammed outta 6 billion dollars! And this law firm should be ashamed for taking advantage of the men and women who where told to wear these ear plugs not only did i submit a hearing exams from 2011 witch I had severe hearing loss and was issued hearing aids after the test and was told I didn't fit in there category only tendinitis category so they could keep more than there cut 😢 so the law frim could go out and by new million dollar homes and boats 🚢 while the soldiers starve in this encomy I don't think the louse 4,734 dollars I received will go far ! It barley will pay for another set of hearing aids my advice to anyone looking for a honest law firm is to look else where ! I definitely will be filing a complaint with the Florida bar of laws and I hope other don't sit idol and file aswell with the Florida bar association! this money was for our damages not for a greedy bunch of lawyers

I have not received any communication about my case since May 23rd. I have left several voicemail and sent multiple emails with zero responses. I understand they may be "busy" but two months without even a generic reply is unacceptable. Several other claimants have received their settlement payments already from this lawfirm and others. Their lack of communication is completely unacceptable especially since this case is 100% veterans.
