The entire experience was (literally) one filled with Disappointment, Disgust, and complemented with an insurmountably large feeling of clandestinely odios 'carryingons.' ...as if the 60% being extracted from Veterans' share is not enough to raise a profound warning; the inexplicably divergent Nature of 'having to undergo excessive measures when applying for EIF Compensation is not only reprehensible..but deserves to be investigated. There is something inherently "a foul" with this Firm as well as how Appropriations were unfairly dissented to Veterans. I Believe that (undoubtedly,) Trust and Manipulation was exacted upon an already marginalized and singled-out Diaspora. To repeatedly send one Emails by a sitting Partner along with his a fellow Constituent is as done would say, "coming at it hard" in order to justify and magnify an utterly unrighteous act. No need to respond. In this particular instance...it is obvious the 'Firm' most assuredly will. A sad State of Affairs we currently reside in.

Trash they scammed me out of my 3m lawsuit. I tried to get another firm to handle my case. They held it so I could not proceed! Scammers I'm a disabled veteran! Shame on them !

I sincerely wish that I could give lower than a one star rating. When I chose AWKO, it was because there was a backing by a couple of flight surgeons that I served with so I thought that they would be reputable and for Soldiers. Now I am getting the run around when it comes to being paid my settlement…. I am just one of MANY! If you review any of the 3M pages you’ll see there is an overall consensus that this law firm does not care about Soldiers and that this was just a money grab for them. I was told two months ago I would have the money in about thirty days. Today I called, and it’s another 60-90. Three combat tours, 12 years of service… Disgusting that AWKO is lining their pockets, in this economy, off the backs of Soldiers that they claimed to want to help! Disgusting! I am so disheartened! If you have anything that requires legal counsel please take your money elsewhere.

I currently have a talcum powder case for my wife who passed away, they have honestly kept me in the loop this whole time. I have faith that they will do the best they can with my claim because so far they have been very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns so thanks awko. John Michael Ramirez

Very Bad Experience... Veterans be wary .... I would not recommend them to anybody... They took almost 60% of my 3m settlement... Outrage...

It was my understanding that AWKO would take 45%. Well, they certainly took their 45% off the top and then had me pay all their fees and expenses. The client, me - the disabled Veteran - is lucky to net about 40% when it is all said and done. It doesn't matter if I want to power drill my ears to get the ringing to stop... after years and years of waiting and getting no guidance or even a phone call from these clowns... one of their legal aides finally scheduled a call with me (literally years and years later) and said unless I have ever gone to the Emergency Room... I am not actually eligible for any substantial damages. Great, 6 years of combat ('01-'07) and hearing aids to try to abate the tinnitus... and that qualifies me to 40% of pretty much nothing. I guess I will know better next time before getting involved with mass tort machines who only care about $$$ and not actual justice. How many Combat Veterans would have gotten involved if they knew this in advance or how this predatory lawfirm's pay structure actual works? I certainly wouldn't have wasted my time scouring through records and finding evidence for them... just so they could fleece me in the end. I think this is why the VFW's new slogan this year is "don't feed the sharks". This firm is definitely predatory and I will never work with them again. Shame on AWKO for taking advantage of disabled Veterans. Be aware of predators like this.

I hope every single person that has been apart of the 3m lawsuit comes on here and gives you a 1 star review, 30% is the average 40% is kn the high end , that's 1500 out of 5000.. your office is so greedy I'm getting 30% of 5000 so this office takes 70%. Crazy how much of a waste of time working with this office has been. Beyond a disservice to veterans and a money grab like no other. I DO not and would not ever recommend this firm, they clearly have some moral and ethical issues.

My son Christian was represented by Mrs. Caitlyn Miller. He had a serious injury to his skeletal system. Due to the NDA I'm limited with details. She is NOT the attorney you want to represent you or your family. She's not trustworthy, she's manipulative, and she makes decisions that benefits her first. She did not represent this law firm in a good light.

it's been pass 90 days, still haven't received my distribution form to receive my settlement. Can hardly ever get through over the phone to get an exact answer about receiving settlement money. Almost always get a representative that knows nothing about your case. You guys need to do better answering your phones. having information on veterans settlement release of funds... Iam very displeased with your organization representatives and relying information...

Always get automated responses.was told I was flagged for bankruptcy review when that’s not true. I think you guys are just trying to collect the interest from veterans money. If I could go with a different lawyer firm I would you guys are greedy crooks.

On the 3m lawsuit with them and their communication have been awful. They keep responding with generic messages that doesn't even answer my questions. They received the settlement money for me over a month now and they have no idea when the will be sending the payment while people with higher FIFO than me have gotten paid already.
