My wife and I were completely bamboozled by a salesman in a Marriot resort located in Orlando Florida. He used religion and family to completely convince us this purchase was not a timeshare. Oh how wrong we were. We purchased his sales package only to find out 1 month later that it was a con job. We contacted the this law firm out of desperation, and let me tell you this decision was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. Not only did they save us from a world of debt but they also did it in a fashion with effortless ease. They always maintained updates and kept us in the loop. Having Chris Hansley handle my bankruptcy was the best choice I have ever made, she made the whole experience seem totally seamless. I was lucky to find PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST and they raised my credit from 580 to 801. Also, my parents have no established credit reporting. They went bankrupt like 15 years back. I started planning to help them rebuild their credit. Made them credit karma accounts, my dad’s was not reporting anything on TU but Equifax was showing 563, Experian 549 with one closed account, JCPenny from 1995. If I can leave more stars I would. The past two years of my life have been absolute hell. I had three unfortunate events that took me from financially ok to being thousands upon thousands in debit. Most having to do with medical bills which threw me over the edge. Already suffering with major depression and anxiety for most of my life I seeked Mr Zazzera for advice. I did not want to file bankruptcy but honestly it was the only option to get me out of the mess I was in. Mr Zazzera is very very calm and easy to talk to. He is very reassuring. The secretary is very helpful in answering questions also. They made the process very easy from start to finish. I have attention deficit and do not like tests or filling out forms but the bankruptcy courses were simple and I was able to go at my own pace. I would highly recommend Mr Zazzera and if I’d ever have to go thru this again I would call him of course. My credit score is better now than when I was struggling to pay my bills. I feel free to start my life over again. Please take my advice from a regular person - I know what it feels like to worry and have to decide if I’m going to eat or pay credit card minimums, it just got to out of control and put me in a bad state mentally, just bite the bullet and file for bankruptcy and start over again. Every time Chris has been very efficient and successfully completed the tasks.
Chris takes the extra time to communicate and collaborate with me making sure I am
satisfied with his work.
One example is that I had an offer from an agency to purchase my timeshare that I no longer
wanted. The offer was presented very professionally and appeared to legitimate. Chris and
