I was sent to Ms. Muhammad from a Friend, but he also sent me two other lawyers who I called and Ms. Muhammad was the only one I felt Comfortable with instantly. I felt like it was family. Never did I feel she took advantage of the situation. Her price was very reasonable even when there were things she could have charged me for. I will continue to use her if I ever need her for any Family cases that might come about. 5 stars from me.

Attorney Muhammad has such a laid back, kind, and gentle nature. I was hesitant to hire her as my divorce attorney for fear that she may not be aggressive enough. However, the price was right so I took the chance. I was very satisfied with her representation both inside and outside of the courtroom. She explained the process in a way that I could understand, answered and returned calls after hours, and I was satisfied with the results of my case.

Scott's be an incredible source of support and information to me over the last couple of years. Everything from reviewing my contract to advising me about sticky client situations and potential business partnerships. AND I've never had to hire him - yet. Very sweet, honest, tactful attorney. This was my second time utilizing an attorney, and also the best. Didn't judge me or talk down while offering sound advice. Straight forward and easy to talk to. Doesn't rush you to make rash decisions you will regret later. Personally returns your phone calls. He actually took the time to speak with me regarding my problem and advised me before any money exchanged hands without knowing if i would retain him before the office visit. As someone new to Florida, this was the main reason that I hired him. Very professional and he has a very good rap-ore with is secretary who is great as well and they both treated me with the utmost respect. Ms, Glenda is very efficient to. They both are true to their word, and always respond in a timely manner when you call. Up to date with technology which makes it easier to communicate with them when you work a full-time job. The first time I spoke with Tilman Larson I knew I had found my attorney. Now that the dust has settled, my only regret is not hiring him sooner. After 15 years of marriage and a year of separation I was tired and sad and strapped. Mr. Lawson worked out a payment plan that worked with my small budget but he treated me like a client for whom money was no object. He was patient when I rambled, firm when fighting on my behalf, and even though I had moved 500 miles away, he stayed in regular contact with me as if I were right across town. Knowing that he had my family's best interest in mind, I was able to focus on healing for my sons and me. I had a legal sitution that festered for over five years. Complicating the matter was that I received a judgement in another state and my opponent sought to evade payment in Wisconsin. This mattered little to Mr. Thill. He quickly registered our judgement in Wisconsin and began proceedings. What impressed me the most was that Mr. Thill kept at it no matter what my opponent attempted, tried, or said. I had recently had an unfortunate matter involving property and family. Sadly the situation could not be resloved without the need for legal intervention. After consulting with Diana about the many HOA issues in our neighborhood, the Board decided she was the right attorney for the job. With a neighborhood that was approximately 59% delinquent and inappropriate use of funds by the prior Board members, we knew it was going to be a challenge. With Diana's direction on demand letters, liens and court litigations, the neighborhood is back on track. When i met Ms. Speser, she was a Vista Fellow working for the Northwest Justice Project’s Foreclosure Prevention Unit. She changed my mind about lawyers as she tracked Ocwen's every twist and turn. In the final meeting with Ocwen, she cued me to let her and the other legal person she'd brought with her speak. She'd already learned how i can shoot off my mouth and she kept the meeting on target. When we left Ocwen's offices, i had a new, far more affordable and reasonable mortgage. I've tracked Ocwen's subsequent legal problems, so i know that Ms. Speser's work was much better than yeomanlike; it was simply superb. With many thanks to Ms. Speser, i continue to enjoy my home and my affordable mortgage.

We had a very difficult situation with our neighbors, trying to claim adverse possession on a very big portion of our land. They threatened us with their attorney on how the land belonged to them now and there was nothing we could do then just give it to them peacefully, cause they have had it for so many years. I called like 20 attorneys in 4 Counties and no one gave us a solid plan. Other than how much they would charge us cause our case was difficult , up to 12k deposit and over 600 an hr. Until I call third street law and immediately Mr Steve Hansen called me back and advised me the plan of attack and my possibilities to win our case if we went to court, at a more affordable rate then the other lawyers. He was able to get the other party to back down and come to a agreement. And we get to keep our dispute property. 100% I recommend them

Joe Bird has been great from the first phone call thru the end of the settlement. He has always kept me well informed via email and phone. He has called to walk me through different processes that we would have to take. Just today I was contacted by MSP, who was requesting my medical records. Instead of me having to contact hospitals etc, I called Joe, on his personal cell phone. He told me he would take care of it for me and he did. He was always 100% honest with me, on how the process worked and what to expect. The expected outcome was right in line with what Joe predicted. So Far the Only Lawyer to Get Me a Good outcome Simply by Following my Directions. I do not know why previous attorney's were unwilling to tell my side of the story or discuss my medical condition; my motives, and the plaintiffs motives. The judge agreed with me and I got a conditional discharge.
Michael was Chosen by Suffolk Legal Aid so he was chosen randomly, as far as I am concerned.
I wanted to represent myself but the Judge ordered a 730 Exam for trying to speak to him in between attorneys.
Michael was able to get me certified competent as well. Suffolk Legal Aid was unable to do that. They were also Unwilling to speak to the Da or Judge on my Behalf. Michael was not Timid in that regard.
However, I shouldn't have to threaten to leave a Bad Review to get an attorney to follow my instructions.
