5 stars for Joseph just for taking time out of his wonderful Sunday on Mother’s Day to reassure me all my problems will be solved. Credit karma had a terrible glitch declared 1000s of people deceased! He got back to me after business hours promptly and was very patient!! He explained everything in detail and gave numbers and references for me to contact! I CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT and know who to call if I ever wanted to work with someone who genuinely cares about their clients ! First impressions are everything if I could give him 10 stars I would !

Mr. McClelland is simply awesome. I was being reported on my Credit Karma report as “deceased”, and I was absolutely panicked! It was late or early morning on the 13 of May that I reached out to his office. I received a correspondence email by Sunday morning, and yet another on Sunday afternoon (Mother’s Day) addressing my concerns. It turns out that it was a glitch with CK’s site, and all is back to normal. The fact that he responded as quickly as he did and set me at ease on a Sunday that happened to be Mother’s Day was flabbergasting to me and is/was very appreciated. So thank you Mr. McClelland.

I had looked at my credit report and it said I was deceased. Joseph was very quick at responding even on a weekend and we were able to get everything cleared up quickly! Highly recommended great guy!

Today, I found out I was deceased per my Equifax score on CreditKarma. As soon as I discovered this unfortunate fact, I checked online and found Mr. McClelland. I thought I'd have to wait until Thursday to speak to him about this, but Mr. McClelland contacted me in just a few hours with actionable advice and information that this was likely just a glitch through CreditKarma.
