Joseph was so great l, helped me find what I was looking for and stayed on the phone the entire time while I was looking through content and answered all my questions , he is very professional and kind , made me feel like I mattered and that doesn't always happen these days! I reached out to Joseph and his practice in early February of 2020 and I have to say in Summary: If you are having an issue with Identity Theft Joseph is the person to ask about it. He's knowledgeable, professional, prompt in his responses and he doesn't leave you hanging. He will stay with you throughout the problem and make sure it's resolved. ------------------------------------------------ I'm taking the time to write this detailed review because it's not often that you get the type of support that I received and I want to make sure it is noted. I was a victim of identity theft and experience multiple fraudulent accounts created in my name, credit impact, difficulty following up with police to get reports and challenge getting companies to close fraudulent accounts and request all inquiries be removed to credit bureaus. Not only did Joseph jump into this mess I was experiencing head first, he took time to speak with me directly and educate me on the different types of fraud, my rights, specific steps to take with the companies and credit bureaus and documentation. For those that have experienced Identity Theft, I'm sure they understand the feeling of helplessness. The support Joseph provided was refreshing and welcomed compared to the lack of support and direction I had received before reaching out. Then he took it a step further and this is why I would recommend his practice. He didn't just leave and disappear after speaking with me and providing the above mentioned information. He FOLLOWED UP, CHECKED IN, made sure I was GOOD! You don't get many people like that whom are dedicated to their work but also truly want to help people. He was with me through every step of the process. I was impressed I am well on my way to having everything resolved. Thank you Joseph!

Mr. McClelland quoted his fee for probate of a very simple will. I paid for his service up front. Mr. McClelland made it over complicated, drawn out time wise, and never finished the process. I would never recommend this attorney.

I was looking for someone to point me in the right direction. I was facing a number of problems, and needed some advice & suggestions. Mr McClelland listened patiently, with genuine concern and compassion! I recommend his services. He really cares about people.

This so called attorney is a scam artist!! For the past 9 months i wasted my time sending all my information to him, then he had made all these promises that he would get this amount of money from all of the credit bureaus, he would get the negative accounts off of my credit file, he did nothing!! I had most of the negative accounts removed myself!! I hadcto pay for my own certified letters to go to the credit bureaus and creditors yet he wanted a percentage of whatever he could collect from the case! He basically had me do all the legwork so i did not need him for anything!! When I told him it was time for this to be resolved, then his true colors showed that he could not produce anything! All the boasting and bragging he does its all a lie and full of game playing. Thank God I had a feeling he wasnt for real, and already had my Chapter 7 ready to be filed which is what i was going to do 9 months ago! DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN HE IS A CROOK, A SCAM ARTIST!!!
