Helped with free information during a credit karma glitch, big relief!

I reached out because I got an alert on my credit karma. I recieved an answer very promptly, probably within and hour. Joseph was extremely helpful with giving me the information I needed to solve my problem.

Provided fast response to my questions on a weekend and offered reassuring information and legal advice. Would call again in a heartbeat if I ever needed it.

Long story short, I logged into Credit Karma to check my credit score and I noticed Equifax was saying accounts were closed and credit score gone because I was deceased. Immediately emailed Mr. Joseph McClelland in regards to my situation and he immediately responded that it may have been a glitch on Credit Karmas end, but recommended getting a free credit report and searching for keywords, on the credit report,that would either confirm I was deceased or alive and well. Happy to say I am alive and well haha. Thank you very much for putting my mind at easy and responding so quickly!

Joseph McClelland is a responsive and caring lawyer. I inquired about his services with regard to an issue I was having with the three credit reporting agencies. Ultimately, I did not need his services as I was able to resolve the issue on my own. However, in the time it required to get it resolved, he was in constant contact with me answering all my questions, at no charge. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good, solid attorney that’s also just an all around good person.

I have just spoken to Joseph today for the first time, but I could tell he genuinely likes to help people. Last night when I emailed his practice, later he personally sent me an email asking what was the exact problem I was having. I was pleasantly surprised because it was rather late. I will leave a more detailed review about my issue, once it is resolved. But I find it important to share something positive like this first interaction.
