I cannot say enough good things about Stacey and her assistant Kelly. They are BEYOND patient with the situation they are helping my family with. If anyone else was handling this frustrating situation, they would have thrown in the towel already. If you are looking for someone to be honest with you and someone who will fight for you no matter the circumstance- Stacey is your girl. She is personable but stands her ground. She will be completely honest with you, (Even if its something you don't want to hear) so you never have to wonder what she is thinking or what she is planning. I love that about her. She is the best and I will always go to her for my legal needs.

I am a mother of 3 children, I was accused of something that I knew that I did not do. I was arrested and removed from my home in front of two of my youngest children. Stacey was recommend to my family by one of our neighbors that worked at the local sheriff department. I was facing 10 years in prison I hired Stacey and from day 1 she fault for me like no one has ever fault for me before. The trial lasted for 2 years and during that time Stacey became more than just an attorney, she became part of my family. Early on I knew that I had hired the right person to represent me. Honestly I felt like she was my guardian angel. She was brutally honest with me at every part of the trial. There were times I thought that I might go to prison but Stacey encourage me to be strong thru-out this trial. The day she called me to tell me that all charges had been dismissed we cried together on the phone. My prayer would be that no one would ever go through this but if they do I would strongly recommend Stacey Flynn to represent you and or a family member. I trusted her with my life and I would definitely do so again if the situation should arise.

Although she is 5'3, Stacey packs a bigger punch than any lawyer in Georgia. I only had a small traffic ticket but Stacey fought for me tooth and nail to get a pre trail agreement so my interest rates did not go up. Even with such a small case Stacey represented me to the best of her ability. Other lawyers would not have even taken my case or overlooked me and not considered me a priotiy but Stacey did everything in her ability to assist me. If I could leave `10 stars I would. The compassion and spirit of this woman are entirely unmatched. Not only is she the most caring and loving woman you will ever meet, she is extremely knlowdegable and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are comfortable as the client. I have personally seen Stacey not charge young kids or teens that were doomed in the legal system and help them to not be screwed over in the court room. On top of being the best lawyer you will ever find, Stacey is an even better mother. She would do anything for her clients and her two sons and you will never find a more caring woman that wants nothing but to fix the injustice of the legal system. It would be a terrible mistake to overlook and not hire her.
