Stacey Flynn has good reviews from other people, and I am confused as to why. Maybe my case was small time to her. I have nothing even remotely good to say. She will not answer calls, or emails (Over 15 calls and emails in past 2 weeks). I have asked her now for 2 weeks to please call me. Her firm took my money and did nothing (Her associate). 2 weeks ago, I found out I have a bench warrant for a citation. Most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my professional life. I was in her office 2 weeks ago to talk about warrant and she told me she did briefly remembered my case. However, she blames this person who was in her office and is no longer with her. However, I got the court paperwork and she signed paperwork over 10 times with her signature and in the State. GOV site it has her listed as my lawyer. So, I give her 1 star because that is as low as I can go. Save yourselves lots of time a pain and go in another direction. I will be taking time out of my busy life to talk with the bar. Attached is a picture of her threatening me in order to take down and honest review.

We hired Stacey to help my 16 year old daughter who got herself into some trouble. Stacey got the job done with an outcome that was better than expected, she knew her stuff and when and how to act upon changes. She kept us at ease during a anxious time.I would highly recommend her for any legal need. When my daughter walked out of court after it was all said and done, she said “I feel blessed.” It was truly a wonderful day, thanks to Stacey and her skills.

Hello,My name is Conan N., and I was incarcerated for 6 months for a accusations that some people had lied and made up ,,no one believed I was innocent of these accusations that I had been accused of !!! I will only recommend Stacey for any legal needs. After over a year of hearing nothing on a case the public defender was pushing for a 10 year sentence and to do a full 3 years in prison! Never even showing me any of the discovery. That’s when we called Stacey. We met with Stacey on Friday, went to court Monday and started trial Wednesday. With no time at all she was able to get it dismissed with prejudice. She is aggressive, reassuring, and most important knowledgeable. She knows the law, what’s important, fights for her clients, and never backs down. I can truly say she seeks justice and is an exemplary attorney. It was an honor to watch and have her in the courtroom.

I highly recommend Stacey. She knows the law and the people to talk with to get results. She was able to have a stop sign violation (which would have caused me to lose my probationary license) to a warning. The best possible outcome. I just wish I had her representing me on my previous DUI cases. She is excellent, fair and cares. She even reduced my fee because my case required less time than she originally anticipated.

Even though my case was just a dog altercation, Stacey treated it like it was the most important case she's ever handled. She even called 3 witnesses!
