Stacey Flynn took care of everything I needed. First she explained everything I was confused about and then when I couldn’t make it to court she went in my place for me. Very vocal, I always knew what was going on and she is a lawyer that you can trust to have your back. 10/10 suggest

Let me start off saying, if you need a criminal defense lawyer, CALL STACEY immediately. If you even 'think' you 'might' need a lawyer, CALL STACEY. Reasons why, my case was bad. I mean baaaaad. I made a mistake and talked too much with police. When I hired her, there was no hope. I was sure going to prison. The District Attorney's office made it very clear they wanted to go to trial, they swore they had a solid case. When I meet with her, she went over everything and immediately went to get the discovery and all information the state had. Stacey fought for me. She fought hard, she fought smart and she didnt back down from anyone. I was scared before I hired her but after I did, she took all the stress & pressure off of me. I trusted her with my life. She protected my rights. After tons of motion hearing and many arguements in court. She got me an amazing deal. I can say with a great deal of pride I had the best attorney. Shes top notch. Once you meet her, you will get it. Thank you Stacey!

Marvelous woman! Works wonders in the court room and intimately examines not only the case but the person attached to the case. I have 0 complaints.

After being charged with a simple assault that I didn't do to my former neighbor, the prosecutor decided to raise the charges from a misdemeanor to a felony. Being uneducated with the legal system, that's when I decided to go on the internet and do some research and found Ms Flynn on AVVO. I liked what I read about her profile and made the decision to hire her as my defense attorney. Throughout the years of dealing with this issue, I felt that the courts was trying to prolong the case to wear me down just so I could plead guilty to a crime that I didn't commit. But Ms Flynn was adamant for me to have patience and not give in or up. She proceeded to stick by my side through those years gathering everything she needed to go the distance until the final trial. I knew that I could lose my job and my residence. After several failed attempts on behalf of Ms Flynn trying to get the prosecutor to make their decision based on facts not hearsay, Ms Flynn stated that she will not give up until I had a fair and partial trial. Although I was nervous about losing the case, that's when Ms Flynn decided to allow her experience as well as her expertise resolve the issue that's been holding over my head for some time. On the final court date, Ms Flynn comforted me by standing up in front of the judge, letting him know that the information that was given to him by the prosecutor was indeed false and the charges should be dismissed. After hearing more misleading information by the prosecutor, that's when the judge decided to agree with Ms Flynn and dismiss the charges. I would like to say thank you to Ms Flynn and her paralegal Mrs. Michelle for getting me thru this and not giving up on my case.
