I absolutely DO NOT recommend using this law firm for doing a contested divorce. They always want to settle and not fight even after they rack up a 17k bill. My lawyer Laura Hoskins dumped me 7 days before my Trial bc i ran out of $$$.... I lost everything

I highly recommend HartmanLaw to anyone who will listen. He has been my first choice for all my real estate closings for several years. Andy's staff offers a wide range of services and locations, but he maintains the small town feel that I love. I LOVE feeling like his most important and only client, even though that couldn't be further from the truth. Andy Hartman himself is very approachable, responsive, knowledgeable and fun! He and his staff subscribe wholeheartedly to the idea that the customer is always right, and he will personally ensure that your experience is great. I Plus, Andy's office is very fun! He has a candy cart - specially created for each office - that is amazing! He also has a play room available if your clients need to bring their children to the closing! He has several convenient locations, too. The biggest thing is Andy's heart. He has helped me on tricky situations countless times, and I owe a great deal to him. If you want to leave your real estate business in the right hands and know you are going to have a smooth closing, you need to call HartmanLaw! Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn't mention a few of his amazing staff members by name - several of them have been with Andy for more than 15 or 20 years!! That should say it all!! (Christina - rock star attorney, Carol and Cathy - two of the best closers in the land, Ashley and Alexa - precloser stars, Bess, running that front desk, and Alyce, who helps hold the whole thing together!)

As a local real estate expert, I have the option of closing at any number of law firms. I've been closing at Hartman-Imbriale...Now Hartman Law for about 10 years and have yet to have a bad experience. Buying and selling a home can be quite stressful, but Andy Hartman and his staff are wonderful, caring and above all...professional. To add to just getting the job done...they make the closing process fun! Wear a suit, wear sweats, bring your kids...doesn't matter. The office has a kids area to keep them occupied while Mom and Dad sign docs, a refreshment area with soft drinks, coffee, coco, tea, snacks, and a candy cart reminisent of a penny store display. If you are a Realtor looking to have fun and boost your brand, grab a "I love my Realtor" sign from the wall post away! All this and conveniently located just a minute off the highway in Woodstock...what else could a Realtor ask for!

Patrick was more than happy to help when I was referred to him from a friend. Not only did he steer me in the right direction, but he also helped coach me about the law, but emotional support as well. There is much more to child custody than just the law and Patrick fully understands that!

David Canale is a true class act at everything he does. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and is more then respected throughout the Cobb & Cherokee County Courts. David's exceptionally strong eye for detail has been a benefit to me in more than one occasion . David also has a very calm demeanor that was a blessing for me in and out of the courtroom.

This is a large law firm that will help in family law matters but I found them to be overly aggressive and didn't feel like they listened to me. They had their own agenda. The retainer fee was one of the more expensive ones out of the firms I talked to.

When faced with a situation that feels like no one can help, it's critical to choose the right representation. Leh and his team helped me through a really tough divorce. It was one of those cases that took a long time to get through and even involved a Guardian ad Litem. But, after many battles, we were able to finally get it resolved without trying the case in front of the Judge. I was very happy with the final agreement that was reached. His team fought hard for me, which sometimes meant telling me things I did not want to hear. He helped me work through the mess instead of fighting everything my ex threw at me. It is all too easy to get swept away in the emotions of the situation, and that is when Leh’s team would help me work through the emotions so I did not do something stupid that could hurt my case. Even though it was not pretty during the divorce, my ex and I actually get along now for the kids. Despite the sometimes ugly aspect of the divorce, however, my ex has even referred Leh some cases herself! Dale

My experience with Meriwether & Tharp was absolutely wonderful! I felt like I was in good hands when they were handling my difficult case. They maintained professional and calm when dealing with the opposing lawyer that would become very rude and hyper. I would recommend this firm to anyone in need of these services!!

Attention to detail is important, but during a divorce it is extremely difficult to maintain focus. The process seems overbearing and consuming, seemingly designed to destroy both parties involved. Emotions run high, and good judgement is elusive as confidence erodes. I can honestly say that the best decision made was to engage Meriwether & Tharp. Leh Meriwether and his team routinely provide excellent counsel and go that extra mile to make sure that the best possible outcome for the whole family is the primary goal. He not only handled my mediation, but will routinely help with critical answers when I need them. My children have directly benefited from his good advice and I have been able to avoid a lot of unnecesary conflict and stress.
