Hartman Law is a wonderful firm to use when closing on a real estate transaction. This is a law firm that ACTUALLY answers the phone with a "live" receptionist. I find them to be extremely responsive and helpful when I need questions answered or when I am problem solving for my clients. Mary McClesky is one of the BEST Closers I have worked with year over year when closing on real estate transactions. She is professional, provides excellent customer service and is always willing to answer questions, help with documents, whatever is needed to make for a smooth, happy closing. I will also mention Receptionist Marcia and Office Manager Alyce as they too go over and above the call of duty to serve any and everyone entering the office. Great job ladies! I might be a little in love with Hartman Law and Mary McCleskey! I am a transaction coordinator for ezREIclosings and we do deals all over the country for our clients. This deal with Mary was so smooth! They have great communication, a portal that is easy to use and to top it off, on closing day, when they were slammed busy at the end of the month, Mary called me (meaning I didn't have to track her down), gave me an update and actually did what she said she was going to do... within the hour, I had proof of funding and closing docs that I did not have to keep reminding them we needed. Every interaction with them has been great and to be honest, that is sadly not the case with many other title co's out there. If you are looking for a great title co in GA, look no further than Hartman Law. I look forward to bringing them more business.
