I am a senior military NCO who was falsely accused of sexual assault by another military member. I faced a general court-martial trial. If I had been convicted of sexual assault, I could have been confined for years and I would have had to register as a sex offender. Mr. Stevens represented me in this case.
Before the trial, Mr. Stevens drafted and argued multiple motions. This required updated understanding of the latest military law. He prepared the witnesses and evidence and questioned all of the witnesses in the motion hearings, including experts. The result of the motion hearings was that we discovered crucial evidence to use in trial.
In trial, Mr. Stevens gave the opening statement, questioned the witnesses, cross-examined the complainant and government witnesses, questioned our witnesses and our expert, and he gave the closing argument.
Mr. Stevens' performance in the trial was unlike anything I’d ever seen. His knowledge of the law was impressive, it rolled off his tongue as if he had tried those cases himself. His questioning of witnesses was on a strategic level that most could not fathom. His questioning of our expert was intriguing. His cross-examination of the complainant seemed effortless; his level of preparation was evident. He exposed all her credibility issues and motives to lie. The way he pieced everything together was mind-blowing. The angles he takes are carefully detailed and strategically calculated.
His closing argument was extremely thorough. He made sure to address any and all angles that could have been presented by the prosecution. It was impressive!
Ultimately, I was found not guilty of the alleged sexual assault. Mr. Stevens' advice, representation, advocacy in the trial, and his work on the case is what saved my career! His attention to detail and ability to think through every aspect of the case is extremely relieving.
I absolutely would recommend Mr. Stevens to anyone facing adverse actions, especially sexual assault allegations. His representation is more than I could have imagined. I never doubted if he had my best interest in mind, even if it came to hearing hard truths. He was available when I needed him and even ensured my family understood the process along the way. He answered any questions I had.
He is honest, he is thorough, he comes prepared, and he will fight for you!

I am a field grade military officer who faced an Officer Grade Determination (OGD) based on a prior disciplinary action I received. Mr. Stevens did not represent me back when I received the disciplinary action, but I hired him to provide me with guidance and assistance in preparing my OGD response.
Mr. Stevens' military law experience was one of the reasons I hired him. He provided me with valuable advice and guidance in how to prepare my submission, what to include, what the reviewing authorities would be looking for, and what the process entailed. We went back and forth with drafts of the OGD submission before it was finalized and sent in.
Based on Mr. Stevens' advice and representation, I felt that I submitted a very strong OGD package that covered the period of military service at issue, and showed that I should be retired at my highest rank. His advice was invaluable, as a negative board outcome can impact me for life. His availability was excellent, he responded to emails in a timely manner and always was on time for scheduled appointments and process milestones. His was very involved throughout the process, first by explaining the overall OGD process, then by providing templates and examples on how to organize my career history to complete my overall package.
Based on my work with Mr. Stevens over an extended period of time, I would highly recommend his services to other military member that needs an attorney in a military law issue.

Our son, an Army enlisted person fell prey to Army SHARP and due process was out the door. Mr. Stevens explained the process, stayed engaged, communicated effectively and eventually got all the charges dropped. Because he knows the UCMJ, he was able to make the case that the accuser made conflicting statements.
Also though I hope never to have to deal with the UCMJ again, I was grateful for the profession plan developed and implemented by this gentleman.

Retained Mike to save my nephew and his career in Air Force. My Nephew had exceptional performance and commendations in Air Force for 15 years until he was injured overseas in line of duty. After his injury due to insurgents attacking his plane and explosion sending concrete hitting him in his chest fracturing his back. flight surgeon stated he likely just bruised his chest he was OK to proceed with mission. Upon his return to his base in WA he was having problems with his leg walking and pain. He went to medical they said he pulled a muscle gave him muscle relaxer. This went on for over a year until his leg gave out and he fell. He was taken by ambulance to hospital ER in excruciating pain in his spine where doctor advised his back was broken. It was determined his back was fractured in line if duty injury and over time in extreme pain and collapsing his back finally broke. A six hour surgery to repair and put a cage over the injured spine all this could have been avoided if he had had proper medical care at time of his injury. The ongoing pain from this injury my nephew was self medicating with alcohol his command told him to self report and he did and the campaign of harassment started. They immediately took away his responsibilities and his Stripe. Between the pain from his broken back and the harassment by his Command as well as humiliated at loss of his duties and stripe as he was pending going up for Master Sargent we were concerned at his drinking, depression , and he was placed on no less on 8 medications he should not of been on we feared he would take his life. I decided to get him an attorney to put a stop to this harassment that was unrelenting. By
grace of God I was referred to Mike he took the case and immediately put a stop to the Command harassment. The battle was just beginning the command then wanted to Court marshal my nephew. Mike went
before a Board and won case of the command harassment and improper procedures in treatment of my nephew. Then a new Commander took over took another stripe from my nephew and due to my nephews destroyed mental health and due to drinking was in liver failure locked him up in Brig for 6 months. Then proceeded with court Marshall. At this point my. Nephew was due to retire from military and was entitled to disability. Mike put up an excellent excellent defense at trial and my nephew was able to retire with general discharge snd collect his disability as he is not able to work due to his broken back. This was a long journey but Mike was there every step for my nephew and our family provided he always promptly answered our questions and concerns and checked on the well being of my nephew. His determination and knowledge of law is Extrodinary and his care as a human being for is clients and their families goes above and beyond. If you need an attorney you can't afford not to have Mike I am so thankful we had him. Cannot thank him enough for the great job he did and his integrity as a person as well as an attorney.

Our son, an E3 stationed at Fort Liberty, North Carolina, was falsely accused of an Article 120, sexual assault, in a worst-case scenario; charges were brought early in 2024, shortly after the military’s new process of prosecution began, coupled with a huge shuffle in his chain-of-command that created a lack of interest/understanding in the case by his leadership.
Without the expertise and guidance of Jordan’s team, our son would have fallen through the cracks and been separated from the Army. Because of the no-bull, aggressive and thorough approach from Jordan and his team, no charges were pressed and our son was retained and is completing his military career in honorable standing.

Steven Raiser’s law firm handled my case with excellence throughout the process. I had a SBA EIDL loan that got transferred to the Department of Treasury unexpectedly, and had a 30 % penalty added to the amount due, and due very quickly, which was very stressful. I have been very happy with Attorney Tucker and his team. I was referred to him by a relative of mine who works with him professionally, and told me that he is extremely knowledgeable, and that he is highly principled. She said that she goes to him when she has questions suitable to his legal specialty.
Legal matters are intimidating and they take a VERY long time, and the Tucker team has supported and guided me throughout this challenging process.
Attorney Tucker assigned a paralegal, Tyler, to my case. Tyler has been extremely kind, helpful, responsive, and thorough. He has the perfect calm and respectful demeanor. Of note, using a paralegal also helps keep costs down.
Of course, any legal services will be expensive. There was also an option to pay on contingency of winning the case, which is helpful for those who cannot afford to pay for services.
Either way, I am confident that the services and peace of mind are well worth it in the long run. I am glad to now have this relationship with Attorney Tucker and his team for my ongoing and future needs.
