David is a gentleman on top of being a lawyer. As the title said, he has been part of our family for a long time. He treats us with the upmost respect and we treat him the same. He represented me on my recent charge of DUI. It was my first DUI and of others who have it they were shocked of the deal I had got. I advised David that I will plead to any charge as long as I don’t get more then a year probation and I didn’t loose my license. I got exactly that. He communicated and kept in touch with court dates and what was discussed. I would highly recommend David to friends and family, he is understanding, compassionate, and a beast in the court.

I don't think there's a better attorney in the entire Southern Indiana and Louisville area.
He fought my case with me for more than two years and never gave up. When I was offered a plea agreement he felt was unfair he explained he explained why he felt this way. From there we continued to fight my case until he was able to negotiate a resolution that left everyone, especially myself, satisfied. There was a time when I was certain that I would be serving a lengthy sentence, but he assured me there were other options and we should keep fighting. Even though I was confident I would be serving a 10-year prison sentence, he was able to negotiate a plea agreement for me that included zero prison time.
More importantly, he never misled me. He acted with honesty, integrity and always helped me understand the process. He never promised me, or anyone I've recommended to him, something he couldn't deliver. David is not the type of attorney that would promise the impossible to a client.
I've encountered several attorneys in the area and I've found nobody understands the laws and court process as well as David.
His willingness to fight for his clients and his experience as an expert negotiator is the reason I'm able to enjoy the pleasures of freedom today.
I can assure you that you will not be able to find a better attorney in the area and would be satisfied if you hire him as your legal counsel.

I represented myself in a civil protection order case for almost two years. It was exhausting and took a huge toll on my mental and physical health. PAY ATTENTION!!!!! I reached out to King because he had good reviews. He literally was the first & only lawyer I reached out to (also the 1st one that popped up..lol) thank GOD! We payed him a consult Fee due to how far he had to travel but ended up not needing to hire him because the case was dismissed. What I will say is that he was very easy to communicate with and always responded to my txt and calls. Although he did not represent us I trust and believe that he would have been the BEST choice.

Mr. King is a stellar attorney!! I consulted Jeff when I was made to show cause for false official statement and fraternization and was immediately impressed by him. He came highly recommended by a friend who also trusted and was let down by the system, but Jeff proved she was NOT guilty at a Court Martial. Jeff is very methodical, professional, thorough, very well spoken and has a presence that is unmatched. He owned the room at my Board of Inquiry with his calm, yet powerful demeanor and I saw how impressed the Board was by him from the start. His military legal experience has WELL prepared him to defend military members. Non fake review. I also have paperwork I can load with pictures that I was a client if this were to get denied. I should have placed this review long time ago. They dropped the ball on my case I paid a lot of money for them to only lose the evidence on court day. They simply said there’s nothing we can do. In his video he explains how he likes to get people and court while there defenses are low. That is an accurate description of how they act when they can’t/ couldn’t win against the court. they take the same approach to their customers after that. If they’re willing to fix this problem without additional cost to myself I’d be glad to change the review.

I was referred to this law firm by Godsey/Martin (Ijustgothit.com). They didn’t want to do what was necessary to take my case to trial if need be. This man; Mr. Presutti gave me is direct cell number, told me that he promises to never get more than his client, and that I can call anytime. Everything he said came true. There is on other person I would trust more than Mr. Presutti to handle any litigation for me. He took care of me on all fronts. If I called, he answered; if he didn’t answer, he called me right back. I mean he does things unexpected of attorneys.

Worst experience. Lawyer showed up 40 minutes late to courtroom, joked/fist bumped with the cops and prosecutor and did exactly nothing for me. I got to watch defendants for speeding tickets before me get the same options as I did, while he made away with my money. Stay away

If you're lucky, you get a lawyer who is a sharp researcher and can identify the right cases and precedents; or you get someone who is really good at bringing together evidence and presenting a strong written case to the judge. Or you get someone who is good on their feet in the courtroom, quick and smart in presenting your case but also in responding to opposing arguments and judge's questions. Steve is brilliant at all three: research, writing, and speaking. He is truly a triple threat. He kept us informed throughout and was good at answering questions (via email or in meetings) with us. Oh, and he won the case.

Very poor customer service and coordination I was threatened by Rupa Ramp that if we didn’t agree to meet at a location I wanted to pick which is close to my work in certain minutes time frame to respond that they won’t meet or change location although we had enough time to coordinate, zero coordinating or meeting half way!!

I was falsely accused of egregious professional misconduct under the Army’s SHARP program. Due to the notoriety of SHARP in the current command climate of the Armed Forces, that false allegation resulted in me facing not only an other-than-honorable involuntary termination of my military service but also irreparable and irrevocable harm to my professional career. The opprobrium of being labeled a “predator” presumed guilty of false sexual misconduct and the subsequent isolation stemming from the Army’s stance of ‘guilt by accusation’ in matters pertaining to SHARP showed my family and me a new level of hellish fear as we felt the weight of the Department of Defense smothering our integrity, honor, and livelihood. I was referred to Colby Vokey by a trusted friend, and that referral changed our lives. Mr. Vokey told my story; the truthful story. He provided encouragement and support and continuously stoked the will to fight back against the injustice of a system designed to protect victims but that was being weaponized against me.
