I have a Tenant who went from ok to really bad, stopped paying rent when asked to vacate property in October 2021. So had no choice else than evicting them.
Mr. Naveed is a great help. He advised me not to get into nitty gritty, he simply asked me do i need to get the money or get the house . I wanted house so he recommended and moved with holdover case. We got judgement our favor in November and we already have warrants of eviction which can be executed, in case they don't move out by given date. So probably sheriff will have to evict them. I am very thankful for Naveed. I had a commercial eviction case that started before covid. The tenant refused to pay and dragged the case on for almost four years. Rony was incredibly helpful to me as we navigated getting me the post-accident care that I needed and making sure I was compensated fairly for my injuries and suffering. Jeff is the man you need for the job! I was falsely accused of a sexual harassment case in the Army. Choosing Jeff was the best choice I ever made to combat the UCMI(Uniformed Code of Military INJUSTICE). I unfortunately fell victim to this and was left with a very difficult choice. I was threatened to be illegally separated from the Navy with no due process in one week's time. The command Jag decided to take it upon himself to illegally withhold evidence so he can convict me of a crime I did not commit. That same Jag told me he knew I was innocent but it would look better on his evaluation to convict me and what can I do since he has the law on his side and I do not.
Luckily, I found Jeff who I can proudly call the "Military Lincoln Lawyer". In no time at all Jeff diagnosed the problem and quickly developed a plan of action to address this and give me a fighting chance. Shortly after hiring the Military Lincoln Lawyer all charges were dismissed and big Navy was made aware that they hired a crook to represent their command.

Sam played a critical role in protecting my acupuncture license. Apart from his foresight, understanding of the law as well as the intricacies of the administrative process - he has the ability to listen and understand different circumstances/cultures/backgrounds in formulating his legal theory and strategic counsel is what sets him apart. You can find lawyers anywhere, but you can't find one that really wants to listen and follows up and see through the entire process. Everything in relation to my license ended up working out and Sam played a huge role in ensuring that this was the outcome. 1st Mr.Schupp is very reasonably priced and made a payment plan that I personally could afford. Mr. Schupp is very knowledgeable when it comes to the Nc law, Before I met Mr. Schupp I had all intentions of taking a five year prison sentence. But after are consultation I went from giving up to putting it all on the line and rolling the dice and going to trial. During trial I was absolutely impressed with the professional way he worked the court room. He made the D.A look like a public pretender. In the end I was found not guilt on all 9 charges I would recommend Mr. Schupp for all you court needs I personally will never use a different attorney ever again

I paid him $5000. Once he received the money he was MIA more often than not. His receptionist gave one excuse after another and would tell me that I had exceeded "talk time" provided by the retainer although my records indicated otherwise. On the few occasions that I was able to speak with him he claimed he had Covid or RSV. I later heard this was one of his standard excuses.

Mr. Mickey Williams was one of the gentlemen that represented me in my HQDA mandated separation board. My ex-wife is military law enforcement and used her knowledge and position to try to ruin my life, my career, my relationship with my kids and have me lose 22 years worth of benefits. Diane C. Haar has a wonderful team, very comprehensive, very prepared. We had social security disability case. The office is professional and prompt in all of the responses. The process went from being frustrating and confusing when I was doing it on my own to straightforward and although it still took a long time, the Attorney and her team was completely supportive, knowledgeable and well informed. I reached out to Bilecki Law Group initially for help putting together a GOMOR rebuttal. Tim and Ben immediately got to work putting everything together and helping to prepare for all possible outcomes. The rebuttal was very effective pointing out evidence that was entirely false, so effective in fact that it was removed and the initial GOMOR was taken away and later re-imposed with a new evidence packet. Ben Gold's writing and laying out of facts is second to none, clear, concise and very persuasive.
Fast forward a few months and unfortunately the GOMOR was still permanently filed (as is often the case in these situations). My Command initiated an involuntary separation and Board of Inquiry (BOI). Tim and Ben were still on board and anxious to aggressively litigate my case at the BOI. Keep in mind you are bringing on board a highly experienced team when you retain Bilecki Law Group. This is not an firm you simply pay to make your problems go away (I'm fairly certain those do not exist). You will have to be an integral part of this team if you want the best outcome for your case. Tim and Ben understand this and it can clearly be seen in their detailed preparations with you for your case. Through our prep. we mapped out my career and many contributions to the military and came up with a clear strategy to obtain our objectives for the board. The findings were exactly as we had planned and prepped for and Ben's GOMOR rebuttal was referenced as a key piece of factual evidence in the board's findings.
Unhappy with the BOI outcome my Command tried to re-litigate the same allegations, this time by using Flying Evaluation Board (FEB). Tim once again was fully prepared. The board had a favorable outcome and was an amazing win for our team. His detailed knowledge of the regulation and arguments at the board were paramount.
