Teller & Associates represented me in a civil case against a former employer in which I received a 6-figure settlement (even after paying Teller and taxes). These lawyers are "true believers" in civil rights and social justice. They have high integrity and truly care for their clients; I never noticed any hint of dishonesty, deception, or manipulation. They aren't in this just for the money; they want to help. Furthermore, Steve's facial structure was genetically engineered by extraterrestrial social justice warriors to persuade juries to believe just about anything, so your case would probably prevail in court. I recommend hiring Steve's firm.

Watch out for this law firm. They work with GC that have paper set to move with letters, no proof just timed letters. They are not ethical and will not research to make sure their case is real or factual. They only force what their Payee tells them. Even if you ask them for something you signed or an associate signed, they will not generate it. Only state this is required and never show a form that proves this with a signature. Then enforce timed paperwork to take the funds owed to you for your subcontract paperwork. So when their GC says to do something will only ignore you and move forward with their paperwork regardless of it being ethical or legal.

Elizabeth (Liz) Schmid is the best real estate lawyer I have ever dealt with in my whole life. We had to assist an elderly relative with a complicated home sale in the Hamptons. We live out of state and were working with a power of attorney. We had a timing issue and a bunch of requirements were getting in the way to expedite. Liz went above and beyond the call of duty to make this happen. First, she was nimble and pivoted as needed to meet new deadlines all the time. She also did a fantastic job negotiating sticking points that were a major concern. Additionally, there were countless items not typically handled by a lawyer requiring someone to sort things out and be onsite and Liz made it happen. She also helped us even with finding last minute a contractor to haul items left behind prior to closing. There are tons and tons of other examples like this where any other lawyer would have just not jumped in to help. I have sold and purchased properties in the last 30 years in various states and never have I experienced such top strategy, competence, dedication, problem solving skills and simply put, care, as we experienced with Liz. We are forever grateful to her. Thank you Liz!

Our experience with this firm from day one has been excellent. My opinion extends to the entire office staff who are all extremely courteous and helpful people. We had a difficult situation with a non-communicative entity in the onset but with time, Ms. Johnson skillfully launched a plan that eventually led us to an impressive financial settlement plus she successfully negotiated a long-term contract for a substantial amount of money with a billion dollar corporation. Yes, she appears to be a gentle and calm dispositioned woman but there's a raging spirit within her who will not be intimidated by powerful big business and she will continually fight and strategize until you succeed in your cause. After trying to take care of my father's estate and will when he passed on, I discovered that both of my parents' wills were not done correctly the first time and outdated. I gave my mother's will to Mr. Bowen and he wrote a new one that was very detailed and fixed the error in her will that had existed in my father's will that created so many problems. I was so pleased with his work that I asked him to write my husband's and my will. He made the process less intimidating and worked with me over the phone and e-mail so that I did not have to take time off work to go into his office while discussing the details. He wrote all three wills in a very short amount of time. I would recommend him with no hesitations.

Dnr has been accepting operating permits for concentrated animal feeding operations even when it is shown they are acting against the peoples needs to protect themselves and their environmental natural resources from potential pollution . Stephen has represented us against this giant issue and has gallantly put every best effort to protect us from this potential pollution by appealing dnr and helping create positive reform and protection against these cafos. He has true grit and fierce determination . In the appeal hearing i felt Stephen could have been the teacher of the other attorneys. Without the legal representation of Jennifer Dietz as our counsel, two dogs would have remained languishing in boarding. Her months of dedication to our case and these dogs spoke to her character and integrity. Mrs Dietz fought on our behalf to defend, mitigate & negotiate to reach a settlement between our rescue and a boarding facility that was holding our dogs hostage over a bill that they had padded to the point we could not repay it. Thanks to the settlement agreement Jennifer presented, we now have these two loving dogs back and they were able to receive the vet care that was being withheld.

In 2020, I was facing a Suspension and Debarment Case. The new was disheartening since I have had a successful military and contracting career with the Department of Defense and experience as enlisted within U.S. Navy, along with a history of winning awards and building a reputation of helping my local community. I relocated to work for a very large defense contractor, and I saw a lot of fraud and waste. I reported the incidents to Human Resources before I left the job, and I was placed on a PIP. My worker told me you will be punished for going to Human Resources, prior to reporting the incidents, the daily harassment and casual death threats in conversation that co-workers casually mentioned in front of management. I had a successful career at this defense contractor until I started alerting management and human resources about mis-mangement of funds and hardware and system use, and the dangerous comments made by coworkers. To my surprise Human Resources and my management were friends with each other, which led to backlash and retaliation about my terms of employment and false accusations waged towards me. I completed the terms of my employment, and I quit. One year later, the large defense contractor was working towards a proposed Suspension and Debarment notice stating I was a danger to the government. I searched many days for a lawyer, and I read about Ellis Bennett. He was nothing short of an angel, life saver, and career saver. I told him my story, and I provided him artifacts including the experience at the large defense contractor, and dates and times of my activities and projects completed there, along with the synopsis of the toxic environment; he took the time to listen and work with me, and I worked to help him with all the artifacts I kept of my daily experience on the job. It made a stressful and highly emotional time for me, easier to deal with me. Working with Ellis and his team made me feel as though I was his only client; he was efficient with his responses and always took the time to answer my questions. He worked and put together an amazing and beautifully written rebuttal package that showed who I am as a professional. I am forever grateful because through his response, my case was dismissed by the US Navy Suspension and Debarment office. I can continue in peace happily with me new career.
