My lawyer, Andrellos Mitchell, is an outstanding litigation attorney. He represented me in a real estate case involving my condominium where the Condo Association and its Management Company breached their contractual obligations after a fire damaged my unit. The defendants hired very large law firms. They tried to get the case dismissed, but were unsuccessful. Mr. Mitchell is ethical, knowledgeable, and aggressive in the litigation process. He fights hard for his clients, but he isn't cheap. In the legal profession, you get what you pay for. While Mr. Mitchell does not make any guarantees of success, he does promise to give you his best efforts and seek a positive outcome for you. All he asks in return is that you cooperate with him, assist him with your case, and pay your bill.

Mr. Mitchell is an excellent employment lawyer. Ignore the fake negative reviews. Mr. Mitchell was hired for my employment case in state government. He responded quickly. We met for a business lunch. He is very articulate and thorough in his interview and review of your documents. He quickly contacted my employer in writing and is handling the matter. I have not had any more harassment at my job to date. In fact, my employer has tried to offer me a promotion.
For Your Information (FYI): The negative reviews are from fake clients.
1. Real clients don’t make “inquiries” when they contact a lawyer. That’s not how the legal business works.
2. Real clients pay money for a consultation fee to meet with the lawyer.
3. Real clients sign a retainer agreement and pay a retainer fee for representation.
4. Fake/Broke clients don’t want to pay for legal services.
5. Google and some other sites allow anyone to make reviews without proof that the person actually hired the lawyer. So the sites can’t be trusted.
6. Fake reviewers are trying to blackmail my lawyer for money. Not going to happen.
7. Don’t believe the fake reviews, Mr. Mitchell is a great lawyer!

Finding a lawyer who will listen to you, who you know will put your best interests first can be very difficult. All the radio advertisements can make finding the right lawyer difficult, they all make big promises. Fente and Fente are a father and son who handled my lawsuit with what could only be described as caring without compromise. Results take time, it’s a process. I presented Mr. Postma with an extraordinarily complex case that was essentially 30 cases in one. To defend this case required him to develop a good working knowledge of a subject that requires years of study to really understand. He had about a month. He was able to prepare a superb brief and present the facts in a compelling way. He maintained his credibility and objectivity. I don't know the outcome of the case yet but I can say that I was well represented. I have worked with a variety of attorneys over the years and Mr. Postma was the best I have ever worked with.

I have to say, Mr. Postma's reviews are true.
I fired my former attorney and had to find a new one. No one would take my case. Then Mr. Postma gave me a 30 minute consultation. He was suspicious of my reasons for firing my last lawyer but asked me to bring him some documents to verify what I was saying. He then took my case 2 weeks before trial. His cross examination of my wife was fabulous. He found some information on her that even I was not aware of. The judge granted me 50/50 shared parenting time and parental responsibilities, which my former attorney in Greenwood Village said was not likely.
My former attorney made everything so complicated, but Mr. Postma simplified everything for the judge. I now realize I was sputtering whenever I talked about my wife's accusation, and Mr. Postma helped me realize this and helped my simplify was I was really upset about, which turned out to me something that surprised even me. He helped me calm down, helped me realize what was actually important at trial and what was not, and helped me simplify my own testimony at trial and during cross examination.
Mr. Postma is personable and seems to have an actual real life example from his long experience as an attorney for what I was facing, how the judge would process the information, what my ex-wife's motivations were and how she would react at trial, and what the judge's likely decision would be. He is like a chess player who has thought out every possible move a dozen moves in advance. I can't say enough about this attorney.

Tami Mitchell is a life saver!!! I can say that because she saved my life.
I was falsely accused of numerous accounts of sexual assault in the military. I went to a courts-martial and was found guilty of several counts. Tami came recommended to handle my appeal. Once I spoke to her, I knew she was the lawyer for me. She read through the 1500+ page record of trial and presented a strong case for overturning my convictions. 18 months later, Tami’s excellent work paid off and my sexual assault convictions were overturned for factual insufficiency, which is the equivalent of an acquittal. I was able to get off the sex offender registration list.
My initial wrongful convictions caused additional legal issues for me, but Tami remained by my side each step of the way, assisting my appointed military counsel and other attorneys who were not familiar with the military justice process. Finally, after more than 5 years since my wrongful convictions, my family and I can finally get a good night's sleep, knowing our ordeal has finally concluded with positive results.
Tami's fees are very reasonable; she is worth every penny. Not only is Tami a great lawyer, she is a great person. As you can imagine, my life has been very stressful during this period. Tami was always available to talk, and she took the time to explain things to me in detail so that I understood. She is very direct, realistic, and doesn't sugar-coat things, but she is also empathetic and goes the extra mile to connect with her clients on a human level. She also communicated with my family members and helped them understand the processes. She presented the humanity of my case, and my humanity, in a persuasive manner to those who would not otherwise consider someone like me a "victim"--a victim of false accusations.
Hiring an attorney is an investment in yourself and your future. If you believe you deserve the best (and you do), then Tami is the attorney for you. She gives you hope when your case seems hopeless. Our eviction case pushed Curt & his co-counsel team to their limits in every way, & they pulled through w/ flying colors. Our case, while practically over in our favor, instead of being a normally 1 month long UD, still lingers on after ~8 months not because of Curt, but because our opponent was ruled to be one of the most mean/obstructive Landlord attorneys out there, w/ over 20 years experience, & have an endless dirty playbook they launch against tenants which puts them at the top of the list of infamous, notorious Landlord attorneys- they are also a high volume Landlord side firm w/ HUGE resources & they do everything possible to bury & overwhelm their opponent, to run up costs & force missed response deadlines. For the first 4 mo, just to keep up w/ them, Curt had to dedicate his complete resources to our case (virtually shutting down his legal practice). Curt was able to get each of their mean legal tactic stricken down, & then, icing on the cake, got the judge to slap them w/ one of the largest (if not the largest) sanctions (penalties, like contempt of court) ever for their mean/obstructive behavior. Judges almost never give much sanctions, so Curt (& team) winning us that monster one was no small feat.
I was present at many of his most important court motion hearings in our case, and closely read through the endless court hearing and deposition transcripts, digesting his responses, counter arguments, & lines of questioning. I could go on endlessly about all the twists & turns that he had to overcome, but suffice it to say that given our case has pushed all the boundaries of UD law/process, he has demonstrated himself to me to be an extremely competent, legally knowledgeable, adept, tenacious, & caring lawyer (& person). He has great instincts w/ the SF civil Judges, depositions, and real-time litigation strategy. W/ Judges, he’s actually very respectful, takes allot of abuse, rides the line to stay on their good side and builds a solid history and rapport. In depos, he’s got amazing instincts.
His instincts to discover criminal/foul play in physical evidence were also very impressive. I was also amazed at how he can dig into and own all the endless facts of our extremely complex case. Most all other attorneys would just gloss it over, and ignore/miss key (even hidden) evidence.
He also great on client communications stuff, and is very open to client input & guidance when helpful, yet is always polite and frank when it is not. He is extremely respectful, and has almost zero ego/elitist trips of most lawyers. No games or angles… he’s a strait shooter!
He knows his court procedure pretty well, and is a tenacious fighter. When it comes to fighting the most notorious landlord firms, he only takes clients that are willing (and able) to go all the way to jury trial, and we wanted a firm that had effectively scrapped w/ them before, and could handle jury trial. I had interviewed literally dozens of top notch attorneys (most billing $300 - $450/hr, and many were obvious rip offs, looking to take as much $ as possible, and don’t care about results), and even the most experienced in SF UD cases (e.g., 15-20+ yrs exp) had only gone to jury trial once, and the rest had no jury trial experience, just doing some bench trials, which is no good for the bogus nuisance UD case maliciously slapped on us. He has close co-counsel associates who fill in gaps where his is practice not as strong. In our case, he teamed up w/ Marc Branco to shore up UD law practice. So, that combined w/ his jury trial experience (and their hunger to kick their butt), is what sold me on their ‘dynamic duo’ to go up against them. His criminal law experience was very pertinent to our very (fact driven) nuisance UD case, and he’s adept at picking apart (hostile) witnesses an triangulating to converge on favorable facts to the case.
So, in sum, I can vouch that Curt (& team) are very competent re UD legal practice, highly ethical, they get results.

I don't know if I can say enough about Mr. Olsen. He was recommended by a friend but she didn't say much about him other than he was "a good lawyer". Well, I will tell you that he is an amazing lawyer and a wonderful man. He didn't call or email me unless he had information that he felt he needed to share with me quickly to keep my costs down. He was always honest with me, even when it was brutal, and he kept me calm. I am not always the easiest person to work with. Now I want to tell you about Rose. Rose is Mr. Olsen's paralegal. She is the first voice you hear when you call the office and she is a breath of fresh air. Now, if someone saying "bless your heart" to you offends you, be ready to be offended. But she does it in such a loving way. After my divorce, on the same day, she called to check on me. I will probably continue to call the office just to say hello to Rose.
