Set up a trust with Piercy and associates a few years ago and just used them for the sale of our home. Michael was very helpful setting up the trust and Jolyn was great with assisting us with the legalities of our closing. They are professional and honest. We will always use Piercy for our legal needs.

We worked with Michael and Jolyn on the purchase of our new home and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Jolyn was very helpful, kind, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process and Michael did a great job walking us through everything on closing day — we found him to be very informative, professional, kind, and patient. My wife and I retired and worked with a different attorney in Barrington and she spent nearly 3 months and basically did nothing but send us a bill.We went to Piercy and everyone was great,we did wills and trusts and it was reasonable and quick.They are GREAT

Set up an original trust with Rodney back in 2008, and it was great. But now I've set up a new trust and will and was surprised at the new laws that are in place to protect the trust, that is if your atty knows how to do it COMPLETELY. They left no stone unturned. On top of that, I also received 3 different financial investment ideas which I really needed. I'm simply amazed at how comprehensive Kenneth Piercey was. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
