My husband and I worked with Piercey & Associates, Ltd in purchasing our home. We directly worked with Michael J. Murphy Attorney at Law and his Senior Paralegal, Jolyn Schiola. Starting inquiring about obtaining an Attorney, Michael was very welcoming and prompt in regards to my inquiry. Upon agreeing to work together, both Michael and Joyln communicated everything we needed to be on tract for closing. If we had any questions, Jolyn was on top of it! During the actual closing, Michael took the time to go over the documents and answer any of our questions. We highly recommend working with Michael and Joyln as this was such an easy experience for us! Also Jolyn's emails are the BEST and I throughly enjoyed her high energy and excitement through email!

I had a great experience with them! They represented me as a seller for the closing of my house and Jolyn especially was so great and helpful! There were some documents that were needed from my HOA (which was a hassle to get!) and she worked so hard to make sure we got the documents complete and in plenty of time for closing. I would highly recommend them!

Jolyn was always one step ahead taking care of things before I even had to ask. She was very diligent in pursuing many people who didn't respond or respond quickly.
