Michael is the consummate professional. It was a joy to work with him. He explained everything clearly. I was most impressed with his character. The Lending Company was delayed in forwarding the package and we had to wait 2 HOURS for them. Even though Michael had another appointment, he did not leave me and made other arrangements for the other client. I was frustrated and having him say he was not leaving put me at ease. Thank you very much! Kuddos to his assistant Stacey for all the behind the scenes paperwork!
