Catelyn and the whole team were efficient, communicative, and effective through the whole time I worked with them. KLO took on my case when another law firm said that I wouldn't have any case. I was hit by an at fault driver while cycling and was initially working with Catelyn (wonderfully professional and incredibly thorough!), but after some time, my case was passed along to Jack.
