In late 2020, I was in a bike accident that led to injuries that required multiple surgeries. I contacted Keating Law Offices (no relation!) because I knew they have the best reputation when it comes to bicycle law. They got back to me right away and immediately started working. They not only helped in recovering medical costs and then some, but they guided me through the entire process of healing. Throughout all three years of litigation, everyone I spoke to stressed that healing my physical and mental health was the most important thing to focus on. They really made the entire traumatic experience much easier. The entire team was incredibly responsive, always getting back to me the same day. They are total experts and made navigating the confusing legal process seem totally easy from the client end. It was super helpful in my healing process to know that I wasn't doing it alone. Would highly recommend!

I worked with Michael Keating initially and Bret Franco primarily on a case involving me getting doored downtown in a divvy bike. Bret did a fantastic job. He was communicative and friendly, and truly went above and beyond. Having an attorney that responds within the day, gives you ample information, and keeps you updated constantly is a nice change of pace. Beyond that, i thought the settlement was very fair. The way it was explained and communicated to me made sense, and I have a nice little nest egg. Lastly, quick shoutout for the rest of the staff. People like Flo, Angie, and anyone else behind the scenes that I may not have spoken directly with all did a great job. You can tell they have a smooth operation. I never felt there were any hiccups or issues in their work. Great job!

if i can rate this lower, i would. pasha was extremely unprofessional and immature over the phone for no given reason. i would NOT hire this law firm. if pasha can laugh at a case serious to me over the phone while trying to explain my case to him, i can only imagine how he is in front of the judge. if someone is calling for assistance/advice with a case i don’t understand why pasha would try to belittle the client on thinking he’s smarter if i’m clearly calling for assistance. extremely rude & unprofessional until i had to tell a grown man i won’t take that treatment, he changed his attitude.
