I called them today. They are extremely rude. I talked to someone over the phone She said I’m a manager. I do not think she was a manager . She was pretty rude. She was laughing during the conversation . It was bad experience.sorry for the firm. ZERO STAR

I was presented with a horrible case in my first lease and renting my first apartment. I really had no idea what to expect from the process or what it would look like to break this lease. I called 4 different lawyers in Chicago, and Aaron was the only one willing to negotiate his price for a lower, more affordable price. In just 5 minutes, he consulted me and named 2 ways in which my lease could be broken. He was reachable via phone, email and text and willing to answer any questions needed. He prepared me for the process by naming that my 1st month rent was not guranteed but my security deposit was. At the end, I was refunded all my money back! Amazing results.

I would recommend Aaron 100% for landlord/tenant disputes, and this was after consultations with multiple attorneys. He knows what he's doing.

This was my first time working with Aaron Krolik law and my experience went great. It was a difficult case that was presented last minute. The plan that we have set up was executed with success . Very knowledgeable and informative, learned a lot of new things from Aaron. Gave great advice which I am using now. Replied back quickly via email and phone call. Always was available when you needed him. Provided with information that you needed to know. Aaron knows what he is doing, everything was professionally handled with great success. I would definitely recommend Aaron if needed with issues that you encounter. He has great experience and did everything that he said he was going to do with great detail.

Aaron has been such a big help from the beginning. I emailed him frantic & he immediately got back to me. It’s a huge relief to know he’ll be in your corner esp in a place like Chicago where it can feel like honesty & fairness are in short supply at times.

I called to seek legal advice and the person who answered the phone was super rude and didn't want even wanted to heard my problem before asking for money and say wasn't going to work for free. No one asked work for free , but we at least need to hear a potential client issues before jumping into conclusion.

I rented an apartment that turned out to be uninhabitable. I asked the landlord to terminate my lease, but she refused to do so or to return my security deposit and first month’s rent. Aaron and his expert knowledge of the RLTO saved the day. After filing our complaint, the landlord settled and returned my rent and security deposit, plus the filing fees. I’m very thankful for his expertise and responsiveness, and for his help in a speedy resolution to a very stressful problem. Thank you!
