Aaron was responsive & knowledgeable about the RLTO and helped me settle my case as fast as he could!

Do not waste your time or money on these idiots. He lacks expertise and wasted time on a case he had no intention of taking. His communication skills are poor, and he is not reliable. Find someone else for better results.

I worked with Mr.Krolik and paid for his services. Bare minimum is what I would say about the service provided and he doesn’t seem to really do the most that he can for his clients. All that matters is securing payment and what’s that is done you’re at his leisure and “expertise”

Gave Komie a retainer fee in July 2023 but then extradited to Virginia the next morning meaning he couldn’t do anything for and as of May 2024 has still yet to return calls or the remainder of my money

Back in 2021, I hit a rough patch of life. The pandemic sidelined me and I became depressed. I started medicating myself with large amounts of alcohol. Unfortunately, after having too much to drink I drove my car through DuPage County into Cook County. Just as I arrived on County Line Road, I was arrested by the Elmhurst Police Department for DUI. While the case was pending, I picked up a second DUI case out in Grundy County where I hit a car. Officers arrested me walking in the corn fields of LaSalle County. I realize now I had serious depression medicated by alcohol abuse. I was in big trouble and was fortunate in obtaining Stephen Komie who really understood my circumstances. He arranged for the treatment I needed and resolved 2 DUIs to my satisfaction without any jail time. I was very lucky! If you ever find yourself in the same circumstances, you should call Stephen Komie and his team of experts in Criminal Law. They made my problem temporary. I am very fortunate to have had their help and assistance during a major depressive crisis in my life. Thank you, Mr. Komie, for rescuing me from the bottle.

He was knowledgeable but extremely exspensive

Aaron was SO helpful counseling us on whether we had a case and supporting us through our justified win. He has a thorough understanding and appreciation for Chicagos renter’s rights. We got his name from my sister who had worked with him a few years prior with a favorable experience and outcome. Our landlord refused to return our security deposit in late 2021 without any legal reason and very rudely told us to f*k off when we gave her an ultimatum 3 months after it should have been paid back. Aaron worked diligently, utilizing multiple avenues to ensure our stolen money was recovered. Eventually the landlord settled out of court but then ghosted on the payment! Aaron came up with a brilliant plan and together we were able to recover the funds and the settlement payments by garnishing a percentage of monthly rent payments from her current tenant. We are so thankful to have had Aaron’s support and hard work on our case.

When handling clients, you should be willing to listen it’s all about listening and having them start from the beginning. I called they were very rude. Cut me off several times and made me extremely anxious. For people whose civil rights have been violated, this is something that is very delicate for some people they do not care what the victims are going through they just need to know is it a slam dunk case or not? Can they get a demand letter and settle Ie they are not litigators all they want to do is settle cases immediately, and some cases have to be fought That’s something they are not willing to do for their clients they only want to mediate

As someone who has attended law school, I know what I can and cannot handle. I also know a reasonable attorney when I see one. I had recently moved out of a rental to move into the homeownership world. My landlord refused to give me most of my deposit, claiming outrageous damages and failing to follow proper procedure, thus breaking the RTLO. Although I considered pursuing the case independently, I decided to hire someone who knows more than me in this particular area of law.
