Filed h4 case through them. No updates from them. Even when I contacted the multiple times, they did not give me a straight answer. If I am paying you, then I deserve update on my case. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Never use Envoy. I believe their team are professional. I don't have question on that. But! Any law firm can do it! It's absolutely not important considering the fact that it's like an assemble line. However, They don't care about customer. They wait until last moment to process your case. If the team can't process that amount of case, don't accept them. Why put us in risk to get things delayed! Customer service always give same useless reply and actually they are lying. You have to do the research yourself to help their customer service to find out what's happening to your case. The day when you force them find out the problem. It's the time that you leave the country. Wasted so much time to find out a simple answer, just because they don't care about you. It can happen to anyone. Avoid them.

Now a days they have more clients so they have become worst in communication!! I would not recommend people to go here. Find a lawyer or firm who will pay attention to your particular case, not just follow mechanical procedures missing important information!! They deliberately not replying emails and communications from their own customers which is very frustrating while you are handling immigration cases. And customer care guy named Kevin knows literally nothing. I don't if he is paid for his job or unpaid intern who is killing time!!!! Few of the associates might be good here, good luck finding them who knows the answer for your question! If you are paying for a service I don't find a reason to hire them! If you have option, choose a better firm

Envoy has system that many will argue to be good. Well, In case if immigration, you need communication with people. I have the worst type of experience communicating with them. They took on their plate more than they can consume, eventually the service dropped. No email and communication is answered. Most of the time I feel they don't care. And One more thing, If you just autofill govt forms from the submitted questionnaire without seeing any discrepancy, then why are the clients paying you??? for the software to fill up??? Everyone applying through envoy is educated enough to file their own case. If they chose envoy to proceed they you should handle their cases more professionally. I would recommend people to find any other law firm where people will listen and answer your concerns before submitting your case.
