Please inquire about the lawfirm before accepting your next job offer. If the answer is "Envoy" please do yourself a huge favor and look for another job. They are master of "delays" as all reviews are correctly spot-on. You'll be helpless if your company doesn't back you up or even if they do, they work in their own strange ways that's frustrating and inconsiderate to your immigration needs.

I have worked with Envoy lawyers for immigration-related things at my work and I can say they are one of the best in the industry in terms of fees and turnaround time with all the immigration-related legal documentation.

After three weeks and uploading all documents still the case has not moved forward for an initial review! After asking Envoy and texting them they just got back to me and told me the case has been allocated to a wrong team! Unfortunately our HR are so slow and barley following up and apparently the Envoy team is slow as well. ILR case is not a really complicated process and it is all about having the right and all documents but the issue is nobody put some times on it. To me the only complexity is the time management not the case. I might change my mind and just do the process and submit my application myself rather waiting a few days just for a single documents check.

Very impressed with the immigration platform

Envoy charged me for premium processing to expedite my case, they assured me that the request was added to my case, but it turned out that they never send the request to USCIS and they didn't even bother to tell me that. I sent multiple emails asking to see USCIS receipt or status check but they never replied. I waited anxiously for months thinking that there was something wrong with my case, because otherwise I should have seen an update to my case in two weeks. They silently didn't file the request, kept my money for months, ignored my emails and messages for months. And they only let me know that they didn't file the request after months when my case was already approved. And there was no apology or anything at all, as if it was normal.
